This is the worst bank ever.very racist.bad retention everyday a new staff member.it seems like a family connection mafia business going on.they gave me counterfeit rolls and a hard time cashing my cheques no nsfs.the branch manager is very irate.and the they called the police on some today after saying a cheque was fake and it was real.if possible avoid this bank there is another at keele n lawrence.top tier customer service Caledonia and eglinton

I love this branch and all it’s employees sure sometimes it’s a little slow when they are busy. Still the most friendly and courteous staff of any of the big banks. I personally switch from a big branch in North York 3 minutes from where I live, to this branch a good 20 minutes drive from home! The extra commute is well worth the service! Keep up the good work!

I stopped banking with Scotia because of this branch

It's open on Saturdays which is a plus, but it seems the service is slow here. Also, there's only street parking.
