I went in to check the status of my credit card delivery as it was rushed last week and supposed to be delivered by purolator yesterday. The person I spoke to refused to even look at my account and just told me to wait 5-7 business days.

I told them the card was rushed and supposed to only take 2 business days and they said even if the card is rushed I still have to wait 5-7 business days. I have had a card rushed by scotiabank before and it took 2 business days. I'm not sure if the person I spoke to was unaware that rushed delivery exists or if they just didn't care enough to look into it.

When I called the call centre they at least checked my account and confirmed it was rushed but were unable to find the tracking info.

Stupid banks closing there ATM at what ever time 9: 30pm so that the freaking homeless people don't sleep in there because there the bank is too cheap to hire security and now I'm unable to deposit money into the ATM

Sharing my personal experience some Scotia Bank employees are Fraudy, so how it is possible to stay safe with your funds.
Customer services are also not reliable.

I booked my appointment but they didn't helped me out.the staff is not good and cooperative. The main thing the didn't make changes to my account as i want to be.
This is my wrost experience with this bank

While my in site visits have been favourable, once again, both ATM's are unavailable. Totally frustrating.

I was so impressed by the customer service from Ardeen. She went way out of her way to help with some very important banking changes and suggestions. Its not every day somebody is so professional it goes along so flawlessly. I was very impressed.

Your customer service is garbage, plain and simple. You try calling your branch but get a call center. I wish I could give negative star's.just utter trash.

Tried to connect with my local branch and the voice prompts keeps rerouting me in a vicious circle. Frustrated with lack of service when needed!

Infuriating, went to the ABM to make a withdrawal and found out the ABM's are locked from 8pm to 7 am, had to make the whole wasted trip all over again.

What bank opens at 930 and closes at 430? When do you do your banking if you have a job and you work during the week? Ridiculous.especially at a downtown location.

I went their for the first time. I already had my appointment booked, so for me there was no hustle.
If need to give one line feedback.
Everything is good and properties managed.

They never have tellers constant line of 10 plus people. Very disrespectful. Staff your bank I am livid having to wait 30 mins every time I need to bank

Given my personal experience at this bank, I am not impressed. My account was involved with online fraud, which the fraud department cleared me of any wrongdoing during the fraudulent activity. Scotia closed my account but continued to accept my GOVERNMENT DEPOSITS. After I was cleared of any involvement, the fraud department stated that my government deposits were owed to me. This scotia branch however feels otherwise. They refuse to help me recover, and had the nerve to tell me, my deposits were used to cover the fraud THAT I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH. Long story short, I am still waiting for the money that was owed to me while they continue to accept deposits into a supposedly closed account. Riddle me that.

Would leave 0 stars if i could.ive been with 2 other banks in the past but Scotia bank is by far the worst bank i have ever dealt with and this branch will be the reason i close my account extremely rude and unprofessional staff.all started in November 2018 when someone stole my wallet and was depositing a bunch of fake checks into my account when i noticed online what was going on i called in and they locked my account and told me i would have to deal with the fraud department but i would need to do it from the branch because there the ones who reported the fraudulent deposits go into the branch and mind you i have no id or anything as my wallet was stolen finally get into my account and after they see what was going on they were talking and treating me as if i was the one that did it they have access to our credit reports they can clearly see i have 0 negative bank accounts or fraud of any sort on my file im not that dumb.then they tell me they cant do anything i need to call the fraud department ok fine finally get that done and get told 10 days and mind you they had also taken my social services check to pay back this so called fraud that had a pending fraud investigation on file i did everything i was supposed to but they still took my money and when it was getting closer to 20 days double the time they had no sympathy at the fact that not only did i have no money for food because they held my money but i was almost evicted as well the fraud department confirmed it was the branch that put the hold on my account also and i had called the fraud department from the branch once so i would stop getting a run around fraud told me the branch is able to give i forget what they said it was called but it was a one time credit to help out people in my situation the lady at the branch walked away with the phone and when she came back lied to my face and insisted there was no such thing.i stopped dealing with the branch because they dont even have a manager to complain to besides the one on floor they give you a paper to file a complaint with some other business thats not even scotia but needed to go back once more to get a new card once they fixed my account eventually i had my old card number memorized and provided my healthcard aswell as answered the security questions correctly bam had my new card done.now June 2019 i just moved and cant find where i put my card i found the paper from the branch when i gt my last card has all the card info my name etc on it plus my healthcard offered to answer any security details they asked and they refuse to give me a new card.either train these employees restaff that location or close the whole branch there going to be the reason a lot of your customers leave for another bank ill be gone by the end of the month ive had enough.

Extremely rude Staff.actually considered switching banks due to how rude this young girl was at the counter.lucky my home branch saved the day with customer service.would avoid this location at all cost
