Give them a call before going to the branch to make sure "their systems are not down"! Went there to get a replacement for my expired card (which they failed to mail me on time) and systems were down! Crazy.

I had a government cheque for my business which I deposited at this branch. The teller did not mention about the 5day hold. So I left and ended up having to pay out of pocket for my business expenses a couple days later! I went back to the branch, another teller with the manager lady could not find my cheque like it was lost after just two days! And they passed the ball to my home branch advisor saying "oh just call your own advisor and they can remove the hold! " WHICH I DID! And Guess what? The same branch had the ability to remove the hold or at least accept its their fault but they lied! My advisor couldn't help me since the cheque wasn't at my home branch! And now lost at this branch! This is frustrating and ridiculous having to drive 30mins and wait there for another 45mins during business hours without them apologizing or doing something! Very disappointing!

I have been a customer of this branch for many years for personal and business accounts. I have had a great experience with Joanne Covello who always has an answer for all of my questions and if she doesn’t she will find out. She is always friendly and makes me feel welcome.

If you come to this location and need a financial advisor, I definitely recommend Rita. She was incredible and is amazing at what she does. She has been in the industry a long time. She helped me out tremendously with all of my accounts and helped me save my money by setting up a TFSA. She took the time (2 hours) to ensure I understood everything clearly - keep in mind it took this long as I haven't set up a bank appointment in over 10 years and she reached out to me to see if I was interested in meeting with her. She changed around all my accounts to benefit me (it needed an update). 100% recommend Rita

Embarrassingly incompetent staff. Tellers are fine they did what they could to help but the financial advisors and small business advisors making personal assurances and never following up.how/why are you in a customer service position when you refuse to do the bare minimum?

Went to this branch to open a small business account, from the start no one knew what they were doing.after a few months I reached out to Rezvan (the lady who initially helped me) and asked for a credit card. She said that the only way for me to get a credit card was through a secure GIC (which is unethical and illegal) considering she would get a cut of the money I chose to lock away, and never gave me the opportunity to apply for it on my own. I went to the branch to close my account after getting both a credit and debit card from TD (with NO issues) and was charged a bunch of random service charges. No one knew how to close the account and the tellers and supervisors were yelling throughout the lobby how much money I had and left me standing at the counter for an hour. Defiantly don't recommend, they are a mess.

Horrible service every time I come in person. Teller close to the wall beside the ATMs today made me feel like I was stealing from my account. It really made my morning, thankfully there are other branches in the area that give better customer service.

This has to be the worst branch I have ever had to deal with. I had deposited money in the bank machine and the machine ate my money. Went into the bank to speak with someone they told me they would balance the machine at the end of the night and give me a call. Never received a call. Monday morning I called Scotiabank customer service and then the branch calls me back. They found the money but it’s short $50. They told me they would investigate further and give me a call back. It’s been 20 days and I’ve heard nothing back. At this point I’m over chasing them down for MY MONEY. I think it’s time to take All my banking somewhere else.

Booked an appointment with Rosaria. After speaking on the phone, I requested her to look into an inquiry with the head office. She said she would get back to me in 1-2 days. No reply. I left a voice message 5 days later. No reply. She has no care about a customer's banking needs. It is a time sensitive matter, and no reply. Incompetent! Taking my business to another branch. Maybe even a different bank!

I am impressed with Customer Service at this branch. If I can do 10 stars I will add. I spend maybe 10 min maximum to open my new bank account. I want to tell thank you very much to Tannaz Sharifi for easy and fast processed my request. And outstanding Customer Service branch Manager Ellen Chatinyan. She is very nice lady with beautiful smile who helping and patiently explain all benefits to be Scotia bank customer. Highly recommended! You are the best! You made my day.

Especially, employee (Jinisha) is really very helpful and has excellent customer service skills.
I entered the bank at last moment, needed important documents and she did all the work really quick. I really appreciate and must recommend this place.

Please don't visit these place. It's a mess. They don't have enough staff to attend the customers. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes. Only 2 staff members were there to attend 8 people. It's a full mess. Instead of doing the work they just keep on talking and stuff. Guys don't visit this branch.

I had an appointment at 4: 00 pm and arrived five minutes earlier as corresponds, and they kept me waiting for 20 minutes for the agent as he was on a phone call that "unfortunately" went over, while no alternative to meet with any other agent was offered, very poor customer management, I won't come back to that branch!

Lea is the bank teller I usually deal with and she is a genuine, very nice lady who always patiently helps me fulfill all of my banking needs. Give her a raise! Keep up the great work Lea.

Garbage service. Manager was the worst and RUDE. SHE was salty I use TD as my main bank and gave me enough problems and wasteD my time. They also made me close my account cause I don't regularly use it. SCOTIA WAS ALWAYS MY 2ND BANK. SCOTIA HAS FOREVER LOST ALL MY BUSINESS.learn to treat your customers whether they use you a primary source or not. All customers are valued customers. THIS IS HERE IS A PRIME EXAMPLE WHY I USE TD OVER SCOTIA.

PLEASE FIRE LITTERLALLY EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE. I KEEP MY MONEY THERE YET EVRRYONE STILL TREATS YOU LIKE THEIR SLAVE.no sense of customer service very rude. Simply cannot come down to understanding might aswell have robots then people there.please switch somewhere else big mistake opening up an account with Scotia.

Please fix your ABM machines. The branch 2 km always has working machines. However, this location is more convenient for myself and many others.

The staff are fine. Some have no idea what they're doing but for the most part everyone is friendly and they get the job done. The worst part is the ATMs they never work and are always down. If the bank isn't going to be open at normal times then the ATMs should work

The staff at this branch have the tendency to misunderstand the customer's requests. After realizing the mistakes they had done I tried to speak to the manager and explain to him the issue. Unfortunately, he had no interest in what I had to say and did not allow me to speak, overall a very disappointing experience.

I understand that different people have different requests, but this branch is good, has a great staff that will try to help you to the best of their ability. Most important to remember that they cannot act outside of policy to implement some extraordinary customer requests.

I had a bad experience with the branch manager. She needs to be fired.why does she still work there? Looking at all these reviews and people complain about her is crazy! I had to cancel my account and go with TD bank because the service there is absolutely DISGUSTING!

Used to be very friendly. There was gentleman who works there was very nice and friendly. These day i dont see him instead i see alot of female who works there doesn't know what they are doing and takes forever. Love to waste my time. I think i need to go other scotia bank instead of here.
