Service is terrible. Dont waste your time. Took 1 hour to deposit a check. The branch manager doesn't even know how to respect a client and their valuable time. She is a dont care person. She doesn't even know how to do the transactions. The tellers are Extremely slow no eye contact or acknowledgment to guests, customer service is an all time low. Not service that you get at other branches. You can do better Scotiabank!

This Scotiabank branch is the nearest to our home. But that’s not the main reason we prefer this branch. Nimrat Parhar is our banking advisor here and he is great. He fully cares about his clients and goes the extra mile for us for all our banking needs. Thank you Nimrat! Its always a pleasure to meet you.

This location is most disappointing! I was assured by the teller that a financial advisor will call me after 5pm to assist me with my RRSP needs. I don’t want to put the financial advisors or the tellers name here, although I could. Here I am.still waiting for a call! Then, you ask why I give this location this low rating every time! After being with your bank over 18 years, I expect a little better customer service! Thanks for calling Mr. NP!

A great place to do your banking. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Mrs. Harper is very knowledgable in maximizing your investments.

Switched to Scotia and this branch for the first time yesterday. My husband and I were assisted by Ash and he was phenomenal.

My only complaint was that the reception from one of the tellers was lukewarm at best, and even though I said I was the one who had booked the appointment, she continuously addressed my husband regarding booking details (which he did not have) and even turned to him to say, "I assume the appointment is under your name? " I was incredibly offended and my husband was shocked as well. However, a woman named Liset took over and handled the situation well for us. It's a good thing she did, otherwise I likely would have left!

Had an issue where my money got stuck in the drive thru ABM. The manager took her time and effort to do everything she can to resolve my issue. After 10 minutes, I received my cash back and the manager apologized on behalf of the bank for the issue. Excellent customer service!

Friendly staff and good customer service. However, I went to there couple times and tried to find an advisor without appointment, receptionist always said they are busy thus nobody can help me and I have to book appointment

Good parking, convenient location. Haven't experienced any long lines. Good customer service but banking fees seem high.

I've never done any banking with Scotiabank before, but really glad I did after meeting with Akshay Patel. He was so patient and explained every step of our mortgage so thoroughly. He is so knowledgeable on all aspects of banking. It was so nice to see that good customer service still exists. Thank you Akshay!

Normal staff here is great however there was a “head office guy” named Mitch who was extremely rude, started yelling at us to get out of the bank and then started recording me (under age) because this is a place for transactions which was what I was doing overall not happy with him at all
