Not even a one star for this branch, black lady in front should not hired as she even doesn’t know C of customer service.

Yesterday, I had an appointment with Sabeen Fatma, a Financial Advisor at Scotiabank, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. What impressed me the most was Sabeen's commitment to ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. She patiently answered all my questions and provided comprehensive explanations, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in her guidance.

The Ontario’s most worst branch. Never ever want to go again. The Indian lady there feel like she is the CEO of the scotiabank. I got my debit card replaced at this branch. And went home. I found out my online banking wasn’t working. Later i come back to the bank asking them to help me. They were totally denying that they didn’t replace this card here. I told them three times i got it from here about 1 hour ago. Thanks to the security guard. She said i saw him he came here before. Then finally they agreed. So, they make their customers fool. Somehow bank called the customer service centre. Through their landline and want me to talk in order to gain online access. The bank closing time was 5pm. As soon as the clock hit 5pm. The lady came and start getting frustrated saying me you should come early. I entered the bank at 4: 30pm. I was still on call. She took the phone and start saying the customer representative that she wanted me to leave from the branch. And ask me to call the customer care at home. She should actually start working in a warehouse. That’s the better place for her. Spoiled my day badly.

Waste of time and on-top of that would be better if employees are given basic customer service skills course.

They are very rude due to them i won’t able to pay my fees and my college suspended me now cant extend my study permit they just don’t want to work properly. I am going to this bank from last 25 days but till now my problem is unsolved.

Most worst bank i can visit in canada, this branch sucks. I went to report my lost card and got heard to back to call online customer service. If i have to call them why you guys sitting over here. Useless representative named by - Gracy/ Grace whatever she is. She needs to sit at home just using there chair for nothing at bank. I wanna rate 0 but they don’t have option

Worst service ever…front counter lady was so rude and had no knowledge.you should fire out these kind of employees and must appoint deserving ones.

Worst and useless branch. Zero customer service. Today is 16 feb and am a customer of scotia since 7 yrs when i was student. Now am using bussiness accounts with scotia. I visit today and i asked for help to get line of credit. And other credit cards. But the lady who had sitting in first room beside receptionist had zero knowledge even i know more than her. Very worst experience with her way of talking.i came home without work done.

This is an absolutely useless Branch! No Tellers and the ATM's don't work! The Branch Manager needs to fired and replaced by someone who is responsible enough to keep the ATM 's full. Bad management. Use any other bank in the plaza. This Scotia branch is useless. Bad service Dec 10,2022 @12.40PM.

What's the point of a bank that has no tellers and 2 ABM's that whose deposit function doesn't work?

Don’t open an account here! Completely useless bank. They have no tellers or actual banking function but insist on being considered a home bank? ! Unable to issue or cash in cheques or bank draft. The personnel at the branch won’t assist in fixing the situation and just say try your luck at the other branch down the street… then what’s the point of this branch? !

Stay away from this bank. I started a small business, my client in the US sent me a small payment more than two weeks ago and I haven't received it to this day. All involved parties confirm that the payment is now with Scotiabank but it's impossible to know the status. Their customer service representatives don't know and the nearest available appointment with a financial adviser is in 3 weeks. They're hardly reachable over the phone because, and I quote, of the "unusually" high number of calls, there is nothing unusual when it's always so high!
If you want a reliable institution for your frequent banking needs find another place, bad and irresponsible banks can be detrimental to your business.

I went at this location at 3: 55. The door was locked. I rushed my self from work and got there 5 minutes before closing. Security guard looked at me and did not open the door.
I also work in public service sector We dont even close door a minute before for our clients.
They should be more considerate.

I visited this branch to increase my credit limit. They issued me a new credit card instead of increasing the limit of existing card. They misguided me and charged me annual fees again for new momentum visa card for no reason. I do not want to share the name of the representative, but will recommend to avoid this branch.

I loved the service here! I requested to book an appointment over the phone but failed after holding for 35mins! Then I decided to visit the branch and requested for the appointment as soon as possible and the lady Sabina Fatima was really helpful, she readily attended me. 5 stars to her! Thank you

Why would you put a no teller service bank in an area with so much growth and potential clients?
Always have the worst experience at BNS
I walk in and no service at all
Honestly no wonder banks like RBC and TD are busy
Maybe close this bank and open one with complete service and have good customer service
