I’ve been banking here for a very very long time. Every employee is just such a pleasure to deal with. They are always very welcoming and can take care of whatever you may need.

This is only my second review of a bank because they’ve never cared enough. However, when I needed help at a point where my banking needs were not being met, I had a one-on-one with Jennifer R, Financial advisor.

Jenn took the time to understand my needs and never upsold me on unnecessary financial products. Jen always responded to my phone calls in a timely manner and called me back, which is very rare these days.

I had given up with TD as a whole and was in the process of moving my business elsewhere where I would be valued, cared for, and understood. I received this from Jen:)

When I met with Jen, she was humble, kind, caring, transparent, smart, and most of all treated me as family. Her communication skills combined with her demeanour made all the difference in the world. I walked away with a smile and appreciated her level of service.

Scotia should be proud to have a person like her on their side. Jen made such a great impression that she has earned my business 10 times over and that of our friends and family.

In a day and age where people just don’t care for one another, it is nice to see that Jenn represents the ideal banker that any customer would be lucky to have. I also wanted to say thank you to Caroline for calling to find out how my experience was. Caroline thanked me for doing the survey and took my feedback.

A central call center l. Wait time over 20 mins, just to let them know I need USD. (small branch they need a heads up). CSR had a very hard time to find the branch on her list. The branch itself does not answer phones. It's like they are doing me a favour by doing business with me.

If this was a small business they would be out of business by now.

The tellers and staff are courteous and efficient, in spite of some rather impatient, mouthy and ignorant customers.

Horrible wait time when u want to book an appointment.a half hr to book appt.i gave up went to another bank that answers their own phones

Worse bank I ever dealt with. Take a picture of your check and they hold it for 5 days but you can have 100 dollars. Sorry they can’t view the check it takes 5 days. What about people who can’t make it to the bank? It’s ok if you have money but if you don’t they can’t help you. I think I’m going to go back and start storing my money in the freezer at least if I need cold cash I know where it is. They shouldn’t be able to offer this option of pictures on phone if they can’t meet customers satisfaction
