There was a line at the ATM however the person working in the front was very kind to call me over and assist me. She also showed me how to invest my money with the bank, thank you!

Really disappointed that a branch of scotia can such irresponsible and don’t have any respect for customers time! Seriously it’s been more than 2 hours we been waiting just to open an GIC account! Really disappointed! Wish i never made my GIC account here

Deposit 2000 at the bank machine here, machine took my money and gave me a receipt that says error! Unreal process to get money back!

Very disappointing. Will never ever choose to even pass by. So annoying behaviour from both front desk and 2 branch managers. Christine senauth-wynter & Helio Alves Felix. I was accompnying my brother as doing and understanding withrawals and limits. They accused me as i am forcing him to withdraw money. When i asked for manager she - christine just ignored and said is the account yours or him? And started conversation directly to him. Such a rude behaviour and limits. Read the previous reviews. Be aware

Mr. Branch Manager,

You guys never have more than two tellers. You need to understand that this is Brampton and 1000s of international students comes here who choose Scotiabank for their GIC as required by Canadian Immigration. So that means there will be a lot of rush of new students to Canada. Kindly, try to at-least put three to four tellers on the busy days.

When top management can’t hire more employees its not fair to say anything bad to branch managers and staff. When people open tangerine services they should know its just online and just meant for ABM and people need to set 4 digit password I mean they should read these things when they sign their contracts. I am not an employee but these are the basic things I know. This branch is better than most of the other branches.

My experience with this branch was very disgusting they made me an appointment for account opening and when i reached there they said that the financial advisor was not here. Even they didnt sent me any email tht my appointment was canceled. The staff member was very unprofessional… completely waste of time!

Every person having the credit limit of 1000 with scotia bank even the new account holders from the startinh of the activation of there account they are holding the limit of 1000 bucks and mine credit limit is 500 and everytime i talk to them they are like its a policy I think its a policy for me only and if I apply for limit increase they always reject that. They always have no ans for my questions

I visit this branch routinely and the Branch Manager is always disgustingly rude and arrogant. She needs to be held accountable for her horrible customer service. I wish I could give minus 5 stars. Stay away from this branch.

This branch is one of the worst branch to open your account with. I made a big mistake making this my home branch. They've been understaffed since covid started and they did nothing about it.customer experience was really bad take your business somewhere else.

Aweful staff and business hours not updated online. They would not go out of the way to reset a simple card pin and would cannot facilitate it through the phone.

Went into this branch to have my address changed and ask if there was a way I could view my investments online without having a chequing account with them. The person at the help desk "changed my address" by pounding on a few keys and told me I needed a day-to-day banking account to view investments online. A month later I get investment statements mailed to my old address, called into their national line and was told my address hasn't been changed. The customer rep on the phone also kindly walked me through setting up an account online to view my investments. Don't waste your time with this branch.

Had an appointment with the branch manager to open a business account. Came 30min out of my way and waited 30min in the lobby. A employee comes out and tell us that her branch manager does not work on fridays. Why would they setup an appointment the day he or she is not there. What a waist of time. This branch has horrible customer service.

This is for Scotiabank in general. It is all but impossible to phone a branch directly to ask a simple question. You always get transferred to their national "help" centre. Rather than transferring me to someone within the branch, I am forced to ask my questions of the person in the call centre who relays them to someone at the branch and then relays the answer to me. Ridiculous and a waste of time! Stop putting people in the way between customers and the branch!

Rude staff, refused to open an account even tho I gave my Driver's Licence and Citizenship Card. I was told to cok back with a bill or government letter with my address. They need to train there staff on policies and procedures.

Very poor customer service.i went yesterday to get a new debit card as i lost my previous one. There were three employees and i was called by the one who had tag ‘In training’. So, issuing a new debit is just a matter of 5-10minutes. I gave them my Driver’s license but this girl made me stand there for 30 minutes asking every other employee that she’s not able to do this, how to do this blah blah. I understood that she’s under training so i kept waiting. Guess what! At the end they said Your date of birth and mother’s maiden name is coming different than what you are telling us.i was thinking like woman use your brain you are pulling out someone’s else account or name.and then nobody else out of other three employees took care of it as they were sitting without any customer. I was so disappointed and i went to Ray lawson branch, and they gave me my debit in just 5 minutes. But employees in this branch is ridiculously unprofessional
