Today I had to send some money internationally. The process was hideous no doubt but the person who helped me “Olga M” was extremely patient. The staff were helpful and kind and gave me all the necessary information I needed:)

Never open, and when I call the toll free regular Scotia line it's a 45 minute wait. I'd switch to TD but Scotia hard hit my credit (without my consent btw) and I don't want to open another account and have it affect my credit any more than it has. What a mistake opening this account was

Today is Saturday Feb. 19.2022 they are open from 9: 30 to 4: 00 and tomorrow is a special day for me but they won't let me access my safe. The answer I got from Tania (Manager) come back on Tuesday.

The front teller squeezed me in for an aapointment within minutes. Talking to Vivian about mortgage qualifications was very pleasing, informative and she answered every question very thoroughly. I will be back. Thank you again.

Excellent customer service.the staff make you feel like a person not just a number, which is made very difficult during COVID.

I've banked with Scotia for 15 years possibly more.
Recently my father gave me a check to deposit, branch manager Maricel Honoridez herself, left a statement to hold the check for 14 business days for verification of money laundering?
She was extremely unhelpful over the phone.
Denying her actions, and quick to get off the phone as though wasn't her fault.
Said the bank didn't reply so she needed to investigate further. After I called support, immediately they released the funds on day 9. Sounds so full of it if you ask me.
Sure left me a sour taste in Scotiabanks name.
This location should just close down so she can lose her job. Especially during covid while we need additional help, she isn't helping at all but screwing things up making folks more miserable

Worst customer service. No customer recognition. Tellers are more polite than managers. If you think managers will do the job for get it. Dont even bother to go to them. Actually tellers are more humble and listen to you. Managers thinks they have permenant jobs and a private room so become lazy and dont even bother to listen to you. Learn from your tellers. I am your cutomers for more than 10 years and they way I got treated was bad. SHow some respect to your customers. Definetely you will be losing one customer who brings lot of business every month.

This was not my home branch and the service was beyond excellent.
I had to get a new bank card for 1 of my business accounts and Eleanor went above an beyond.
Not only did I get a new card but she was able to link my personal accounts my kids accounts and visa to 1 card upon her request.
I have never been able to transfer between accounts before now. Now I only need 1 card for all my banking needs. Good bye to multiple cards.
Will definitely go back. Eleanor rocks!
