Called around 6-7 different branches and direct contacts that were supposed to be better. Didn't get through a single one. 20mins of typing numbers into a bot and then it hangs up. This branch doesn't even have a number, it goes straight to a call center.

I have many good things to write about my advisor SAKSHI BHATHEJA. Seamlessly completed my mortgage application. Sound knowledge. I highly recommend for MORTGAGES.

Horrible opening hours. No reason for this. Scotiabank made a huge profit last year so they can definitely afford to hire more staff to at least be open on Saturdays. Why do I have to leave my own job just because I have to go to the bank

I generally find the wait times not to be long. The staff are friendly. I wish they had advisors who know more about dealing with Canadians who live and work overseas more (knowledge about allowed investments, etc.).

Convenient and helpful. Never had problems, come in a lot there.
