Worst customer service ever the manager and the the staff wanted to have my pr card or passport on me just to pickup a card. After showing them a credit card a dl and health card on me they still kept on going and asking about my pr card which I was never told to bring in the first place as I called in advance before coming to the bank. These people are out here to harass customers. Specially the manager and the supervisor.

My branch has great service. But those in training should not be finalizing accounts, as I have been back and forth from in-person to phone for service to fix what they did not complete when I first opened an account for my teenager.

I have worst experience with this branch. Its been 2 weeks and nobody knows what docs are required for credit card application.booked 2 appointment and still got rejected.the representative asked miner to mine changes for many times in the docs and did not do the single thing from their side.

Great service at the branch. I like going to this branch because of the service and the fact that it's not too crowded. However, today was a little busy though. Only 3 tellers and I waited I line for about 10mins.

An albatross of a branch highlighting scotiabanks terrible customer service. A responsible financial institution would recognize this, close this location and save themselves rent and embarassment.help the community and let this space open up to anything locally owned. Poorly trained staff that lack finance or customer service skills.thankfully i dont frequent this location however it does leave one with a bad taste for banking with scotiabank.good luck.

Hi, everyone this is going to be an honest review about my experience so far with this branch. What I've been go through was having an issue with my credit card application and the way they helped me was absolutely fantastic, Special thanks to Ranveer Sir (front desk representative) who incredibly did everything in his control to figure out the problem and he is one the person to go to at this Scotia Bank branch. Thanks to all.

The whole experience was good. I had an appointment with an advisor named nishant. He guided us very well n helped us through the process very patiently.

Incompetent staff and service i ask them if they can increase my withdraws limit they said i have to call help center, they cant do it in branch ‍️‍️ done with scotiabank! Thank god i had account with TD that saved my day.

I'm a disabled War veteran who went in and asked them why they were overcharging me for Bank fees and they closed my account for no reason and then they used one of their male staff to try and intimidate me very lucky my PTSD didn't go off not a very smart thing to do and then I requested several call backs from their head office and received nothing

Called today. Told me the bank was opened until 5. They closed at 3. Very slow branch.
The machine tells you what you depositef and allows you your funds right away.
I was allowed only 200 dollars and holding the rest for 4 business days. Horrible bank and customer service. Very slow. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Very poor management.they cannot even distinguish between real customers and fraud.had to wait for 30 minutes without any waiting que to withdraw money.worst service and customer service received from teller and assistant manager.

I have seen many bad reviews on this branch. But my experience was amazing. Want to open an account for my nephew (international student). Was welcomed warm and did all the account needs in a much shorter time. 35 to 40 minutes. Also applied for a credit card within this short span of time.

3 other branches refused to help out to open account so that we can have access to funds.

Miss NeHa at this location was the person helped out.

I feel like there is lots of changes happened here and it's a better place bank again.

My son opened an account depositing his 1st paycheque (Ceridian issued) from his 1st job at a major franchise a month ago on the 20th. Today is the 17th. The funds are still on hold. Clearly, we made a mistake picking Scotia as his 1st bank. I am going to take him to open an account at another bank with his 3rd paycheque. And closing the scotia account.

Staff with no brain. Better avoid wasting time talking with them. Use machine instead of going to staff.

It was shocking to see how unprofessional the agent was while opening a new bank account. And yes, you will be treated based on your appearance. I say this, due to plenty of assumptions from the agents side. I opened and closed the account just as quick. First impression is key.

Everyone was so rude. I want to change my last name, they said they can’t. They asked me to go to my Home branch. Its in London. Are you kidding me? To change my name in file, which was not even my mistake, I have to drive 200 kms? Wow. Fantastic, great service. Genius thoughts.
Is this all happened because I went there before closing time or may be I am brown? They all where rushing for closing.

I said I can’t view my credit score, so I need to correct my Last name. If a branch can’t help in that, then what customer service you expecting?

If you want say no, there is a good way to say no. Don’t make any client feels like you went to the wrong location.

I was a very happy customer with Scotia and made my friends to open accounts somany times. But with one day, it smashed all.

Sorry to express my bad experience.

My account is Cimone Campbell I have had it for over 30 years. Apparently without me knowing Scotiabank changed my account without my knowledge to an account which cost me $78 month in service charges! I only went back from 2018/17. I’m going to speak to the branch manager and I will update this review. But I take care of my mother with Dementia and opened another account in 2015! No one had the courtesy to explain what was happening on my other account! This is straight robbery!
