They never post there days when they are going to be closed online and and it’s happend on multiple occasion where they r close for no reason and never put online for people to c such a waste of my time

After two days of trying I am still unable to get hold of someone at the branch. Just need a quick validation if my card showed up before I drive an hour one way to get there. No painful ‍️

ATM is always out of order and cannot get cash out. Always end up paying fees to get money out of other banks ATM.

Amanda, thank you so much for the help with student account. She was literally the sweetest women I ever met in Peterborough. Ignore the hated comments those are just rude people. Here I believe Nova Scotia Bank is the best specially this branch highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of dealing with very high quality of rude and incompetent staff. Staff has no sense of customer privacy and down right abusive. Also, they prefer to flat out lie instead of finding an answer for you.

Worst bank when it comes down to doing something as simple as picking up a phone, over 30 minute wait times in order to even ask a simple questions.not to mention ALWAYS has problems with the online banking.

What a repulsive, dirty establishment full of under-housed people smoking in the entrance. Last I checked it was a bank not a shelter. Clean your ABMs! What a disgrace!

Went in today due to fraudulent activity on my 13 year Olds account. She was treated like a criminal right off the bat and asked questions which she did not understand and when I would I try and answer them I was ignored. Not helpful in anyway!

Not sure why this branch gets such negative reviews. I have had good experiences here. Staff are friendly and professional.

My previous review is gone for some reason. Scotiabank like to do this without telling their customers and like to mess with their money, no one is ever at their desk to do their jobs. Scotiabank will be hearing from my lawyers.

Incredible customer service. I had to get a new bank card around 12: 40pm as my tap didn't work. They went through numerous security measures to make sure my ID wasn't being stolen, all the while being very kind and considerate. They told me ID and bank card theft attempts happen every day. They did an amazing job and made me feel well taken care of. Thank-you.

Horrible disorganised place; I went in before my appointment at 1000 with a financial assistant regarding an issue over funds in my mother's
account. I sat and waited about half an hour and then asked if Deepak (the assistant) was ready to see me, I waited again, then Deepak came out and saif your appointments been moved to Thursday. I countered; 'nobody told me (phoned or e-mailed), he then told me to wait again and went to consult with another agent.twice he did this! I went to the office where he was still consulting and told them, 'this is why I've left this bank, nobody knows what they're doing' I came home frothing and now will phone the presidents office! DON'T bank Here!

Very disappointing! I reached branch by appointment with a financial adviser and counter person is saying the adviser is away and we have no one to deal with you rightnow so come on Tuesday. Now, I am just stuck with these because I have a Auto Deposit and some pre-authorized payments with this account and closing this account is painful for me: (. This wasn't my first time of disappointment every time they say they will call me back with response and I never had a call back. PATHETIC.
