The worst branch ever. I have been trying to get hold of Mathusa on her extension 4204 for my LOC application. I have been calling the branch as well. It’s been a week now. I don’t know what else to do. I regret making it my home branch.

These people do not have respect for appointments and they do not know what they are doing. After waiting for 25 minutes of my actual appointment time. I was told by their amazing gentleman to wait for less than 5 minutes and he will make sure i will get help. The less than 5 minutes we actually over 10 minutes and no one helped. Thank you making my morning beautiful.

We had an appointment with Nadia today and I would say she is very knowledgeable, calm, good listener and explains everything so well. We have met so many advisors in so many banks, however, I have never met anybody like Nadia who listens to your queries and answers accordingly. We had so many questions regarding the personal baking needs, Nadia put so much efforts into explaining everything and made sure that we understood. To be honest, she made everything so easy that we did not had any doubt and after we left the bank we felt like we gained so much knowledge about banking. All thanks to Nadia, we have now the best plans in the bank. Good luck Nadia, may you achieve more in life

The service is extremely slow, every time I go in there I get poor service that's even if I get service at all. There could be nobody at the teller and you're still in line waiting to be noticed. In addition the ATM is always closed. This Bank should just close down. #justuseless

Worst bank yesterday I had ever visited I went there to deposit cash. But they behave so rude with security guard. They had taken her chair very rudly. If they are not behaving well with employee how can they satisfy there customers. I imideatly left that bank.

Thanks alot as I went there for opening my student account. Mam Kamala.it may have different letters i forget. She was so humble, polite and friendly. She opened my account in just 20 min. I am more than happy. I really apreciate her work because she deserves it. Thanku mam. I thi k any organisation is because of its staff and if people visit after spending alot time then they need staff like mam. Great pleasure.

Mr Sahil verma is a very aggressive advisor I’ve ever seen. Made appointment with him several times and not ready to help. Rude and disrespectful.

I would like to give them negative star if there is any. They are very unprofessional. My sister deposited a cheque and she needed money within 1-2 days. At first they said that she had to go to her home branch then they made a phone call to my sister and said we will do that. My sister is pregnant and she is going to this bank from last 3 days but they are still making excuses and making her go to home branch and they keep sending her back to this branch. Myka sen said she is manger of this branch and she won’t be able to help in this situation, even though they got clarification from the other bank to deposit money via email on very same day. This is worst experience ever with scotia and we are regretting that we opened our account in scotia.

Worst bank I have had the displeasure of banking and also having my mortgage with. My husband and I went in on February 19,2022 of this year to refinance our mortgage since we were already due for an early renewal and long story short the representative Nadia Douglas dragged the whole process on until April when I was going to leave to go to a different bank.
The manager (chandar kanta) who was also supposed to help gave our file to another rep. Mathu whose assured us that everything Would be done “properly “, also made a mess of things. Which I am not going say I am surprised
In conclusion we got the worst deal and we cannot wait to remove our mortgage and services from the awful bank.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. I went to this branch and the representative whom I dealt with asked me so many questions and gave me the weird expressions which simply stated that she was really not interested to help me.when I checked my account she changed half of what I asked for. She did not update the required information. My experience was very bad I am going to either change my home branch or even bank. And we cannot go to bank everyday to correct their mistakes. I phoned at this location for the help and they did not answer the call for at least 20 minutes and the call was transferred to customer service. Obviously they always say they cannot help us with the specific matter you need to visit your home branch. I did a mistake for choosing this location as my home branch. I wish I could rate my experience with zero satisfaction.

My representative Nadia Douglas was the sweetest and very helpful. I was quite worried after reading the bad reviews about the branch but Nadia completely changed the impression. I would recommend you all to book your appointment with Nadia, she will definitely help you with your issues.

Worst service and rude staff! Attendent was such lazy that denied to count coins I had! It was not even busy at all!

This bank has nice staff but the problem is the customer service from the MANAGER. The manager has ZERO customer service, she CANNOT solve issues and she hangs up when she can't answer and then would expect you to be professional to even talk about your issues. I AM THE CUSTOMER YOU AREN'T MISS MANAGER, YOU NEED TO CARE ABOUT OUR ISSUES WE DONT NEED TO CARE ABOUT YOURS.

This branch is very good! Amazing service but the only person that gives me a hard time When either withdrawing my money or making deposits is the manager (I will update the manager name once I go back to branch) you need to step off if I’d like to withdraw my money you have no right to ask why I want this amount of money and say I cannot let you withdraw unless you tell me.these banks love having money in their banks.just a little information you do not have to tell the banks what you need the money for.the more money in their bank looks better on their portfolio!

Very poor customer service. They never answer phones to book an appointment and if you walk in they say they are full booked no advisor is available to assist you with your mortgage renewal. I finally sat down with them and discussed my options to take home equity out to pay off my high interest rate credit line but they refused even after appraisal was done and $57000 equity available to pay off my $ 56000 Scotiabank credit line but they said you need to pay your car loan and other creditors first to get equity out. I can’t believe they are scamming people.
