International Wire transfer failed even though all information were correct. Branch does not own the problem.

Tragic location. You can't use the ATM machines when it's closed. The security here are generally rude and the tellers seem entitled. Hopefully my next two trips here are better.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a bank. I definitely sensed racial profiling at this location and now have to drive further out just to have a positive banking experience. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Worst customer service experience by the cashier. Seems tired and not paying attention to the customer concerns. Plz pay them properly so they can behave well and properly to the customers.

Zero stars. Worst bank in Canada.
They lock the door to atm, drive through atm does not accept deposits. Can't pay my bills on time and they they charge you for missing payments due to not being able to acess your account properly.

I have honestly had more negative experiences with this branch - and Scotiabank as a whole - than positive ones. I recently had one advisor cancel on me last minute and another tell me he couldn't process my request and would phone me in one month. That never happened. I've been trying to close my accounts for two months and they can't even do that for me.

My rating of this bank is upgraded from a 2 to a 3. Barb is the only teller who knows what they're talking about.

Worst service! In line up while bank employees are chatting with each other and not putting clients first. I hope I never have to go there again.

Not like it used to be, I guess when you know the tellers it was way friendlier, only 2 girls I know are still there. Been a client for 50 years.

I would strongly advise to not do any banking at this place. The employees have terrible communcation skills.
I ordered cheques 3 months ago and still havent gotten them, was also double charged for them and they do not want to issue me a refund. Stay away from this branch and bank!

Number of branches of Scotia bank has reduced. Atms at this branch are inside but the door is locked, drive through atms are out of cash. What's happening to the bank service here?

The teller of the bank is impatient and unwilling to solve problems for customers. At the same time, some staff members are very unprofessional. I have complained with their manager many times, but their service still hasn't improved. I have been using this bank since college, because this branch is very close to my house, so I have been handling business there. However, the staff they recently hired has really brought me unbearable services. I really don't think they are suitable for banking services. It's really frustrating. So now I am ready to transfer my personal business and corporate business to CIBC or TD bank.

One of the worst branch of scotia bank at this location. Firstly the draft she made an error in the amount and handed over to me then I have to go back and make her to correct it and second time the new draft also made without her signature on it, now I have to go back to the branch again so for the same thing …. Really horrible service …….

Worst branch ever! Glendale Ave.bank machines never work… I mean ever! Takes 10 times to make one deposit and they STILL won’t accept your cash. They also don’t give you the option to withdraw money most of the time. Now their branches have changed the abm hours so they are not 24/7. Exactly what kind of service am I even paying for? Trash! Complete trash.

Teller doesn’t know jack

This is 3rd time i had issue with this branch and with Scotiabank overall & noone knew anything and no one helped me

Seriously thinking about closing my scotia checking, savings & credit card accounts and moving permanently to different bank, it was that bad of a experience!

Bad service. The advisor lacked knowledge. I just want a simple & common document (even had an exact example what I was looking for).
1. Made me wait even though I had an appointment
2. The advisor didn’t even knew what to do even after looking at the example which was very clear
3. She Printed the document with my bank account details with some other person’s Name on it.
4. She didn’t even knew how to print on the letterhead.
5. She didn’t knew how to do a color print.
6. She doesn’t even know how to print the form in letter/A4 format. She printed it in a long page won’t even fit my folder.
7. She doesn’t even know how to scan document
8. Even after telling her & showing her many times what I want on the form she didn’t add anything
9. Charged me $15 on top of that.
10. Took 45mins to process that simple document.
11. I went to Scotiabank at Geneva street. They took 10 mins to do the same job and didn’t even charge a penny and they exactly knew what I wanted.

Advisors at Scotiabank Glendale are poorly trained which is reflected on their rating.

I visited the branch to solve a few different and complicated issues with my account and would highly recommend speaking with Tina Falk. She was attentive, patient and focused on providing several solutions to each challenge to resolve my issues in an almost effortless manner. I greatly appreciated her kindness and customer service approach to making me feel appreciated.

Terrible Service. Was promised many times that Frittzie the Assistant manager would follow up with being brushed off many times. Even the contact center stated that follow ups were not completed in timely bases. Bank errors have caused many issues including affecting credit rating. Seems many just brush you off. I would not recommend this bank or the managers that are never on site!
Assistant manager states lost original POA form and will not help solve issues. One issue that we had was resolved with a visiting manager. Wish that one was back

Terrible customer service, almost non-existent. The manager is the worst person in the world. I had a problem with them and they keep asking if I want to close my account. I never recommend this branch to anyone. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.

A teller by the name of Cynthia helped me with a matter. She went above and beyond to resolve it with me. Excellent staff!
