Scotiabank

Had some troubles a few months back in trying to move my father back to the country in the middle of the pandemic. Not having many options and understanding the banks position with limited resources for me due to security reasons. By just inquiring and asking question the teller became increasingly agitated and condescending. After being confronted about her attitude she voiced her frustration with me asking question when I was simply looking for any solution to help my father set up an account. Her defence was that I was making her feel bad that she couldn't help and thats why she acted with hostility. Never dealt with such unprofessional behavior in my life.

Went in to open a bank account for my son but it was appointment only but still let us open the account. The lady helping us was very nice and helpful in doing it. Scotia bank is the best never have I had a problem in the 16 yrs I've been with them.
