My account had a fraud issue and they wouldn't take the money they were charging me off my account. I had to close my account.

Went to use the ATM advertised for 24 hours and I was unable to get in after walking there.

I don't know if it's the card reader or my card why or what but I wasted a good 30 minute walk in the middle of the night to try and pull out some money.

They give huge hassle when you want more than a roll of quarters in change. Whereas royal Bank will change money for you without even needing an account there. I have someone who visits me from the USA and they can change money there with no issue. Scotia is going downhill fast. I've had pleasant experiences but also enough frustration there that I wish to not deal with them again.

Terrible experience, I talked to a person at the branch about a credit card and nothing came of it; after he said it would only be a couple of days till it arrived. Would give 0 stars if I could
