The ATM did not have fund in it when I tried making a withdrawal, twice. Just put up a sign “no fund in ATM” so ppl don’t waste time. Teller machine without money haha.

This branch never has money in the atm. If you drive hours to come here, you'd almost cry. There was a time they didn't have money in the atmosphere 3days in a row or more but the bank was not on holiday or anything. Why do you have the ATM of you don't use it? I always have to use other banks closeby. I can't believe this is happening in Canada.

Online banking service, and even in branch we never get proper solutions. Always some excuse about any process

My experience at the Bathurst Scotia was amazing, I am new to this bank formerly with TD and I do not regret my choice of change. As a young student I needed help and I got the exact solutions from the gentlemen Francise, he was so kind helpful and understanding even when I felt nervous asking questions. Made my whole day. Amazing team, amazing staff thank you!

Only one ATM functions for withdrawals EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND.

If I can put the 0 star I would do it then. We opened an account on March 2022 and was advised to follow the instructions to earn bonus welcome. Because of the first time doing it, we have called and asked for instructions, after doing everything and wait for 5 months later, we got nothing from the bank. Feeling something wrong so we called back to confirm, 10 more calls and the only thing we received is YOU ARE QUALIFIED AND JUST NEED TO WAIT, we was saying okay and keep waiting until 4 months more went by, nothing came. Again, we called and requested to talk with the manager, we asked her to listen to the recording between us. After listening, the manager confirmed us that this is the mistake of their agent because telling us we are qualified and she said she will push the request for us to get the bonus and we need to wait for maximum 2 weeks. Again, 2 more weeks came by and we called to confirm, they said we are not qualified and try to kick the ball. We are very Disappointed with Scotiabank and going to quit using their service.
Think carefully when you decide to use any service not only here but all the branches of Scotiabank.

I'm with Scotiabank but I don't go to this bank or live anywhere near it. I tried to use my debit card today only to find out my account was closed by accident. I called scotia online and they told me an employee named Ashar Jigar? Closed the wrong account by mistake. Clearly their employees are not trained properly, or Scotiabank is just hiring incompetent individuals.

My home branch is Keele and Toro, the Branch Manager Chris is great! Very friendly service, it is a busy branch but I enjoy going when I need my banking to be done ever so often.

My wife has a problem logging in online service after changing the new phone, she could not verify herself with a language barrier. We had to go to this Scotia branch and the associated officer named Jigar Ashar has helped us calling the main office and gone through the lengthy verification! It was the great service from the staff at this Scotia branch.

Pushed "1" to speak to a representative to book an appointment. After 22 min on hold some lady comes on and tells me she is transferring me to the right person. I have now been on hold for another 14 min. These so called "advisors" cant even manage phone calls or appointments. Clearly I was mistaken thinking I could trust my business to a bank like this. So amateur, so unprofessional. Problem is, trying to find a reputable bank is nearly impossible. That being said, these guys certainly lost the opportunity to use my money in there hedge fund accounts.

Scotiabank has terrible customer service, terrible policies, have had eyes rolled at me for being upset for being locked out of my accounts more than 4 times due to scotiabank's awful security. I have had my personal info stolen such as my card #s, SS #, etc. I had loans taken out in my name which scotia refused to help with.thank god for the proper authorities and legal system, high fees and interest rates.have never been thankful to be part of scotia.also was nearly mugged in this specific location.so my opinion is to stay away and go somewhere that cares, not greedy, and is safe.

Worst customer service, Instead of helping the customer they ask you to go here and there and call customer care. In the end all places they recommended ask the customer to resolve with this branch. Its not the first time, it seems they are lazy to work.

I have been with scotiabank for 10 years now and i can say today has been my most pleasant experience! The lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and even recommended some resourceful changes with my account. Thank you so much Dee!

Worst customer service, especially the branch manager, Chris, lacking and unprofessional. Came in to the branch and asked to speak to the branch manager, was given a run around and was told manager unable to see me, without explanation why‍️ Asked if I can speak to someone else, was advised to come back another day. Never came back to this branch again!

Like any bank, sadly it depends on how much money you have to invest. The customer service has become much better over the years. It used to be horrible. They are hungrier for your investments so if you talk to an investment specialist, they know their stuff and are fair in creating a balanced line of credit and opening an investment portfolio that works with your budget like they did for me.

Always a huge lineup with 10 employees milling about and only one teller open. Expect to be here at least an hour for even little things.

Worst customer service ever! I dealt with a teller named Samuel Danadan. I switched banks after dealing with him. The moment he realized he was wrong he became very defensive and refused and lied about his manager coming to talk to me. Tell me “too bad” and “oh well” there is nothing we can do. His manager finally came and tried to fix the situation which could not be done and she apologized repeatedly for his mistakes and made it very clear he was in the wrong. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I had to call head office to reprimand this man who calls himself a banker. Ridiculous!

Bad customer service. They don’t care at all. My wife is with TD. And they do have better quality customer service. The branches on keele and finch, Weston rd and finch are the worst
