Terrible bank and even worse location. I've had an account with them for over 30 year and they just terminated my account with them due to false allegations. Pedro and Piero the "manager" are terrible and getting back to clients. I tried calling and emailing them for over a week and never returned a call or email. I had to take time out of my busy schedule to make my way over there just to ask a question since this location never answers their phones. I do not recommend this bank and especially location. STAY AWAY

Worst bank I’ve ever had to go too. The machines never have money in them. They close down all the time because they’re under staffed and can’t keep employees. And when they do have employees they’re all miserable to be here. Tried to get help to renew my bank card and they told me to go to another location because “they can’t help me” then when I went to a different location they were shocked they sent me away. This bank is the worst of the worst. It should be shut down all together. They make people more miserable than anything, no help or customer service here what so ever.

Branch is great if you go in personally but trying to call in to talk to someone is EXTREMEMLY FRUSTRATING and ANNOYING. There is no way to connect with the branch to speak with someone without having to listen to an extremely LONG LIST of options, regardless of what you select you then have to enter in your card number AND 3 digit number only to have it transfer you to the National call centre. It is a continuous circle that took me over 30mins before someone was able to give me the direct number of the person I wanted to talk to. RIDICULOUS! Inefficient! Time Wasting! Keep the phone options to less than 3!
