Worse location, I wish I could give 0 start. No customer service at all, the teller no even said hi or how can I help you and went so far by even throwing the pen on me. His coworker even gave a weird look, it seems they were bother because I was requesting money from my US account, not sure if why.

Worst branch ever. I deposit a piece of check with the ATM machine and the amount was wrong amount and took me two weeks to get the copy of the check to make it right.they gave me the supervisor number which is his name is Tom I called him 10,000 times he didn’t pick up the phone. I asked manager to solve my problemShe didn’t even answer my question.
I highly recommend you don’t open an account in this bank. If the bank couldn’t figure out the situation who else can? Been scotia customer for 5 years, worst experience ever.scotiabank Centrepoint, Mall the word worst customer service

The worst branch in Canada.
Elham Nourafkan, the senior Financial advisor is not professional and never checks your status. She submits the application with an unreasonable request and it affects your credit score very bad.

I never recommend this branch to everyone.

This branch with untrained managers who can not think about what they are doing no matter what the consciences would be or what other braches does they make their own policy for customers recently they refuse to accept third party deposit although base on their printed policy one give them all information needed like source of fund, sender, receiver, ID of the person who does the transaction rllation ship bettwen sender and receiver.and when you go to other breaches they respectfully does you transaction.my co as a legal fanatical co which providing services for my clients for more than 17 year don't like at all deal with Scotia bank but some of client are in overseas and they have to pay their mortgage and car lease.i have to ask all my client to close their account whit Scotia bans and open an account with another banks if they need my services.i will ask our association to explain this contradiction in scotia bank policy for their client and refuse to give them services

I could say this would be the worst branch, and worst Tellers for customer service. Everyone is sitting there just to make excuses and not do what they are supposed to do, which is basically giving a good customer service! The girl in glasses at this branch working as a teller shouldn’t be there, as she doesn’t know what she’s doing except for wasting people’s time. The helpline call service is much better than this, it doesn’t tell you to keep going back to the home branch unlike some of the incompetent people working in this branch. Scotiabank helpline is telling us that you are giving us false information. Slow and ridiculous service!

The staff is untrained and unaware of how to run a bank branch. The Filipino bank manager is clueless, he had one Asian client frustrated with him before he dealt with me, I guess being competent is not a standard these days. The untrained young Persian girl teller told me to go certify a cheque across the street at TD so I did, so I can have funds from the cheque. When returning to same young girl teller at Scotia, she told me it will be on hold for another 3 days and when I asked the Filipino manager he told me 5 days more. I told them why are you wasting my time and they actually wasted 2hrs of my time going back and forth, then driving to my home branch at Bayview Village to resolve this. The old staff was actually competent before, but looks like they have left or gone on to better things. The new collection of staff is a serious joke and by the look of the other reviews people feel the same. Avoid!

I loved working with Mira, the manager from this branch. Elham Nourafkan, an advisor helped us with our services but I was not happy at all. She constantly push you to do your services as she wish and do not give you enough information.

Someone did a fraud on my visa card. I called the cx service number and i was close to this branch so i went there as well. The rep name naznin was there i told her this she told me call cx service which i was already doing. I complained to her that am having alot of problems with scotia bank in general never had that with any other bank her reply was file a case for the unauthorised charge and once thats done you can close the account. I get it you don’t care but if you work in cx service kindly change the behaviour towards the cx

Had to go to this branch to activate a card after they lost the initial one. Took almost an hour an a half of the agent going back and forth with the head office. Every other card I ever got I activated myself at home using my own phone and never took longer than 5 mins

ScotiaBank at located at 6416 Yonge St, North York, ON M2M 3X4, Centrepoint Mall is my favourite branch.

I have always had lovely experience since the time I visited this branch for the first time and now that I have shifted to Oakville but still don't feel like changing my home branch.

I want to thank Jessica Kim (Jisun) for being such a wonderful person and helping all her customers with great positive vibes. Undoubtedly, She has a strong and lively personality.
Myself and my husband opened an account in this branch around End of July, 2020. We wanted immediate drafts and we got them with such an ease, Thanks to Jessica for making it happen quick.

We cannot visit this branch anymore but still Jessica has always been helping us proactively through emails and phone.
I really want to portray the level of detailing that Jessica follows in her work. For example, she will always call back if your call is missed and always replies to our emails. In case, she is away still your email won't be missed and you will hear from her as soon as she is available.

Lastly, every person in this branch is extremely helpful (at least the ones with whom I have interacted so far are great human beings.)
They have followed all the necessary precautions during COVID-19 to make their customers feel safe as well as be safe themselves.

Once again, Thank you Jessica Kim for being such a wonderful person. I wish you all the very best and lots of success in your life.

The staff here is very helpful specially Shavena and Cristiano. Thankyou so much for the help. Scotiabank need staff like them.
