Everytime im having a Rough day and I drop by the bank I end up leaving much happier, the teller I believe named Seh is always smiling and treating me with the best customer service I have seen at this branch. I’ve been banking at this branch for 3-4 years and I believe he is new because I have only seen him for a little while but he is the only teller who I have dealt with that seems to engage and care with customers.when I am waiting in those long ridiculous lines (not enough tellers) he seems to be the only teller doing his job. I wish he was an advisor so I did not have to deal with the rude advisors that are at Innes

Nothing to do with staff or tellers I love going there working hours very helpful.
It’s about the confusion I had last night withdrawing money from the bank ATM machine. The screen was like analysis data for computer engineering. It wasn’t like that before I don’t cash money often.
ATM machine procedure itself is overwhelming in general and with the new Scotiabank screen became more overwhelming and confusing
I had a ride with my Son as I don’t have a car and I had to made him wait too much until I figured out analyzing the screen and make sure not press in something gets me investing something.
Please if not to be modified to a clear easy to all age groups and diversity then recommend to put a chair at each ATM for knee pain and hip abnormalities like me.

I like scotia bank and all the staff friendly in every branch except this location, really it's the worst branch, every time i go there the making a big mistakes and always trying to cover it by silly excuses then i go to another locations to fix what the did

Please don't go to this location really a careless place making big mistakes just like that and blaming to the customers bad customer service. They have to understand it's a financial institution should be very careful. I don't think they have experience employees

Very bad customer service and employees do the least to help if they even try to help. Go to any other location but this location.

They have every reason to be the worst banks! I've been dealing with them unfortunately because i have Scotia mortgage. But I'm switching to RBC soon. If you can, do it. Specially this brunch is a nightmare. They don't know what they are doing. Their ignorance will cause lots of sufferings.

I have switched to this branch last year and I am very happy with their service.
