The worst Brunch. Bc the brunch manager Massimo Amalfa is the worst and, unprofessional. I talk to all my family members my clients.to stay away from this bank, and to switch to deferent bank hopefully soon!

Great people, they know their customers and treat them well. Bank Manager 2nd to none. Keep up the great work.

Avoid this bank as much as you can! ABM hours paper on the doors and online it says it gonna open by 8;30 am but it was locked until 9: 30 am, So many people were waiting outside it looks like this location doesn’t care about anyone’s time!

I can't even use the atm in the morning cause there's usually someone sleeping inside right where the atm machines are. If he's a security guard then he definitely is sleeping on the job. Not a safe location for doing banking in the morning.

This bank is trash! Aqsa Arshad is the worst business advisor I have ever see. Insteaded of providing solutions to clients she provides nothing. Find a different branch and do business with people that want to help you.

I have to say, the people that 'helped' me seemed completely disinterested in getting me to a resolution with a question I had and made me feel like I was wasting their time. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Some people here need a lesson in helping the customer. You're suppose to be helping me find a solution to my issue not make everything more complicated. I've never seen a place not want my money so much. Goodbye Scotia. You're trash.

I only dealt with one person in this branch, a financial advisor called Yasha. I always took risks for investing. But this guy is a top notch! He provided me with documents and examples for investing and he explained every number and everything made sense. Kudos to him

AQSA ARSHAD & SABRINA. I have NEVER got such horrible service in my life. Came to this branch explaining I’d like to open personal and business account.first appointment AQHA ARSHAD did not even show with no call or email. Then I rebooked an appointment through SABRINA, I show up for the appointment and again AQSA ARSHAD was not there. They then proceeded to tell me there was no appointment booked.so I’m not sure if this branch is just trying to waste my tome or they maybe want to be out of a job. Management was lost for words and a Solution.

The financial advisors at scotiabank dont like helping anyone. They would not forgive a 368$ overcharge that i recieved for the first time ever on my chequings account. I closed my account and opened one with td. Td told me that if that ever happend at td they offer first time forgivness. They have way better customer service!
