The staff are all super friendly and reliable. The teller that helped me was very patient with my problem and was able to resolve my issue right way! Will definitely go back again!

As all previous 1 star reviews - worst branch ever. There are atm problems very often which forces you to go inside the bank, what was supposed to be a 2min venture to deposit/withdraw money now becomes 20min+!
I stood in line with people in front of me and there were 4 tellers working. I was the last customer in line and 2 tellers just shut in front of me while the other 2 were working with the same customer since I came to the bank! I have no time to waste like that, especially that manager saw me being last in line and was totally fine with others shutting in front of me. Was I supposed to spend there 30min only to deposit money? I left. I promised myself to NEVER go to that branch AGAIN to not waste my time.

I'm giving 5 stars to the lovely teller Orgen. She was the only who seems to actually care about my issue. She took the time that was needed to resolve my issue without rushing. She helped me when other tellers would be passive with my request. Orgen is professional and is there for the customer. I will only see her from now on. Good job Orgen!

This is by far the worst bank in Canada and the worst possible scotia bank branch. They will never take responsibility for their wrong doings and have caused me a year of stress and financial hardship by refusing to release my own funds to me after a 6 month wait. The problem is when you have a manager who doesn't seem to care the employees of the branch follow in the same direction.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone at this branch. I keep getting re-directed to a call centre in the Philippines. Ridiculous.

AVOID THIS BRANCH! I’m pretty easy going but after it took them 3 reorders of cheques, 2 tries at getting the name right on a credit card, 3 attempts to fix my business name and continuing to forget to call when things are delivered it finally convinced me that I need to switch bank. I don’t know who manages this place but I recommend avoiding this branch or Scotiabank all together.

I work just across from here at Bruno's Fine Foods, right at the corner of Dundas & Royal York.

Wait time in line is shorter here than at other Etobicoke branches of Scotiabank. Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Great service.
