Self serve machines need to bring back the envelope deposits. Depositing multiple bills takes too long. While I write this I'm waiting in line to Deposit with a teller which is also taking long. Line up to the door but only 2 tellers.

Shouldn't be this challenging to deposit money in my account. Most of the time I just keep it on me because I know it's a pain but I have accumulated too much bills now.

More money in my account is better for you Scotia. Make this easier for me please.

This location have the worst service ever. Especially the guy name Bill refused to make me a debit card until his manager come and told him to. What a waste of time!

They asked me to bring passport to get a DD and then told to go back to home branch.

Here you have a a bank where you have people fresh out of school who have no clue what to say or do and bank managers that are inexperienced to handle customer needs RBC Scotia CiBC have never let me down while this branch full of clowns straight out of jester school

Worst customer service of any branch. I came in for a bank draft and provided ID along with card and Pin. They proceeded to ask me like 10 security questions, which I answered everything correctly. They then still refused to issue the draft because my signature isn't an exact match to that which I swiggled in at age 16, when I opened the account. Like 20 years ago. Signature changes! What's the point of authenticating with so many questions for? What a waste of my time.

On Thursday (April 6,2023) …I came to the branch and was greeted by Rana Michaels (not sure if the last name is correct), we went into her office and she tried to help me access my account online, but she couldn’t access it, as the branch I went to, is not my home branch, and that I need to call them to access my account online. I wasted time and money coming to this branch, but I am happy she took the time to help me, even though I should have known better and called before coming to the branch, which would have saved me time and money coming here. At the end of the day, the only reason why I went there was so I can be able to access my account online to check my credit card owing balance, but I just decided to pay the whole balance off. So I am happy in the end. (FYI…I couldn’t access my account via online banking, and I used telephone banking to pay off my credit card)

Worst customer service. Been a client for more than 12 years. Never request a service before, today the bank employee as well as the supervisor were more than ready to lose a good customer for $20! I have a $20 bank note that was cut at the corner, and needed to replace it. No way. Look somewhere else. Both were so rude, I had the feeling of being unwelcome in that place. No smile, no empathy, no professionalism. I am starting getting my stuff ready to close my accounts.

One of the worst bank branch and they are not responding email, calls and in-person appointments. I am struggling for my credit card for and about 2 months but still not received. Moreover, Stuff is not friendly and untrained stuff. I already highlighted issues with manager but not taking any action with stuff so finally i am planning to transfer my home branch.
Hopefully not see this branch aging.

I want to know why you guys changed the ATM mechanics time, it used to be 24/7 hours and even the 6AM time dosen't work.
