I recently visit them the there is a lady with glasses on she’s so so rude. It was just a $15 transaction which they were unable to resolve. They were just not seems to be interested in what they are doing. Don’t waste your time on this branch they are totally unskilled

Today i call this branch and their representatives was so calm specially juan.he helps me alot because i jabe alot of stuff to share.without any irritation he did my work with having smile and patience.

Today i visited this branch and i had an appointment with Bavleen regarding credit card. She was so helpful and even she gave me so much information regarding other investments which I don’t aware about. Finally, she successfully applied my credit card. I give 10/10 to her services.

Okay so, I visited this bank just yesterday and I'm really happy and satisfied with the services I was provided. I went there for the activation of my student account and Mr. Donavan Gillard-Hickey (Customer Experience Associate) attended me. I had some issue but he was all cool and said don't worry let's just try to solve the issue and guess what he did find a solution eventually and from there the procedure went smoothly. He was really very polite and professional with attending to me. He explained everything to the very end in a very easy and detailed manner. I was surprised he was so energetic being an hour close to the closing time of the bank and I'm not complaining for it made my experience really fun, believe me I've been to banks a numerous times and it's never fun. So I had like to thank Mr. Gillard-Hickey for being patient in solving my issues and providing exceptional services and for everything. Thank you so much Mr. Gillard-Hickey and if you are reading this, I want you to know that you did a GREAT JOB.

Worst service i have ever received in my 3 year. I am going through with a fraud case and no one is ready to help or guid me. Its been more than 3 weeks and they are showing me careless attitude. What kind of service is this? Is that for we are trusting you? I’m really very disappointed from them.

So I recently lost my debit card and called Scotiabank customer service to cancel my card and have a new one issued. The advisor on the phone told me I could go to any branch and pick up a temporary card while I wait for my new one. I work 9-5 and most branches close at 5, so I rushed to finish my work quickly and got to the 2nd nearest branch (10645 Bramalea Rd), with 5min to spare for closing. As soon as I get there, there is a sign at the door saying the branch is temporarily closed and won’t reopen until tomorrow. For someone who needs access to their physical debit card in order to make purchases for the rest of their day, this was super frustrating and inconvenient. If the hours online state that the location is open, imagine leaving work early, making the drive over, only
for the branch to be closed unexpectedly.

Extremely slow staff and not at all friendly to the customers. I seriously wish the management do something about it.

This is sooooo bad service of Scotia bank.every time going to this location 47 Mountainash rd. Brampton never gate the ATM service.always not working or no money or can’t deposit the cash.decided to call scotiabank to complain about there service.they can’t help what to do and how to fix there problems.spoke with 2 person 2 hours and 5 minutes.hang up on me.they should close the branch if they can’t give the service.really rude customer service, who I spoke to.

It takes them 2 visits and 3 people to let us know they’ll have to process a western union payment as wire. Teller won’t even ask questions or tell us what’s wrong, then made mistakes 3 times in the wire too! We had to wait 1 hour for a simple transaction!
