Bank is closed for most of the times. Even when they are open, they always have some issues to serve so there is no point of having a branch which cannot even serve the basic needs of people.

I’ve been a customer to this particular location for 8 years. The service has never been great, nor are the hours but it was close to home so we tried to deal with it. The last of our business with this branch was with safety deposit box. We were up for renewal and a month before I tried to call the branch, all different extensions, emailed the branch manager few times, and continuously tried to call. We moved 50 mins away so making a quick stop by wasn’t an option nor was going in on a random Saturday or after work as their hours didn’t suit.

Finally a wise person told me to call Scotia world. I called and they suggested making an apt. Finally I got a call back from the branch to tell me a an apt required and to walk on this morning. I took time off work and went to the branch.

At the branch they wanted me to pay the renewal to access my account, again I had no indication that this was procedure if someone had called me back I would have been better prepared. I got the money, went to the branch they closed my account and deducted the months fee.

The branch manager was in a meeting so I was either expected to wait in the branch or just wait for her to call, which hasn’t happened yet. But the reason I was trying to call them for over a month was to avoid charges of a new renewal.

In conclusion I wouldn’t suggest this branch and seeing all the reviews above it seems that their customer service needs more mentoring.

Even one star is like better than nothing. You feel like you are visiting a branch in india where no one care about customer service. I have booked an appointment through email one week ahead to discuss/clarify something with one of the representives (M.harrypaul), iam sorry to say that she behaved very unprofessionally/rudely and said that you guys don't have appointment (i have email confirmation from her), anyways better go to some other branch.it's one of the worst branch from customer service point of view.stay away from this rude branch

Worst people are sitting on the chair. I’ve been in the line for 30 minutes just to pay my card bill.it was nearby 2: 40pm today. The issue is the girl and their another employee were doing gossip while there were more than 15 people waiting in the line. I literally would never be in this bank again moreover the customer service is not worth it.

Bad service. 2 tellers rest of them are walking and chatting. Manager is not even worried there is a long wait line

Worst branch ever. Randomly closing on business days. Customer service is atrocious. Super slow service, always a really long wait line. Would give a zero if I could. Don’t go here!

I would give zero star to this branch. Never go here. Those guys don’t have any respect and care for the customers. All staff members are unprofessional and rude.

The atm drive thru is always down how can you call yourself a bank If you don’t want to take our deposit

I wish that i could give 0 star to them. The ladies working over there has no manners how to deal with there customers. They have atm machines that never work thats the only scotia which is near to my home. But they always deal with their customers as a trash. They never listen to complaints. If someone having issues with atms they lock the door and they always say bank is closed. My money hot stuck in atm too. Dont go there i wish scotia will take serious action against that type of workers otherwise me and my family going to switch accounts to different bank

Not good service, they don’t pick the call and change the bank timing’s on their own. No listen for customers. Even if we make a request they take our mistake only.

8: 30AM. ALL ATM machines will not accept deposit. Two inside the bank and one outside. What kind of service is this? This is not a first time. What am I paying for bank fees every month?

Worst Scotiabank in all Canada as they are always short staff and lazy, always huge line up

Best branch I was frustrated from 2 months as my mobile banking was not working and didn't get solution from any branch and customer care.
But this is the place where I got my solution during the first visit only

I had a really terrible experience at this branch today. I went to withdraw cash of $2500 and the teller counted if front of me in a weird fashion and I took the money and left without counting it inside the bank and when I came in my car and counted it was $2400. I went inside and told him that he might have mistakenly gave me $100 less but he didn’t accept and blamed me that I might have slipped it in my pocket and was rude. So I requested him to call the manager and check under his desk or keyboard or something if she finds anything and take a look in the camera to access the whole situation and she checked and showed the camera footage but it was unclear as it was covered because the guy was standing and it was unclear him counting the money. The manager then asked me to be vigilant and to be more careful as if I had control over the teller counting the money. So I requested her again to please check his table and she went and found the $100 bill on the floor where he was working and came back to me and said it might be an error but he didn’t do it. Surprisingly all the bills were straight and the missing bill she gave me was clearly folded which she found under his table. Worst experience ever in a bank and there customer service is also horrible as I told the manager we trust the bank and this kind of situation is unacceptable but she refused to raise issue with the teller and instead told to be vigilant.

Super poor treatment towards international students. They have to wait in cold outside for hours

Pathetic they don’t have teller services, at least they should mention this online somewhere so that people don’t waste their time coming to this branch.

It was a great experience for me, they served me in a sauve manner moreover i want to thanks rohit sir and rolla mam for assisting me out they are great in helping their customers. They really helped me and i appreciate it!

Worst Scotiabank i ever visited in my life.
They be asking people to walk in before 9am and sending them back every single time.

I would give them minus one star if it was possible. They don’t know how to process international cheque. They said they cannot process my cheque because it doesn’t have enough information. I later went to another branch located on Queen st and Hansen, they didn’t even ask single question and processed the cheque. Please drive a little more and choose any branch other than this.
