The experience was great and so were the services. It has just been a month and I will provide a more detailed review once a more considerable time elapses.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chase, Scotiabank advisor, to open a new account. She provided exceptional service, guiding me through the process and ensuring I had all the information I needed. Her professionalism and expertise made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I'm grateful for the excellent assistance.

Horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to withdraw MY MONEY from MY bank account and the teller told me she could not give me MY money in cash.
She had the audacity to ask me what the money was for! Like that was ANY of her business! Don't waste your time at this bank. I had to leave to go to another branch to ACCESS MY OWN money. Ridiculous. If this is the way Scotiabank treats people for the priveledge of holding MY money and charging me service fees I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Asks the clerk to open a bank account, gives my driver license and another bank card, tells me can’t use another bank and need passport or birth certificate. Understand. Goes home search online, finds out all I need is a driver license and bank card. Waste of my time, please train your staff appropriately.
