I had the worst banking experience ever at this bank. I was shocked when they refused to accept my cash orders. I mean, it's a bank, right? But they told me that this service was not available at their branch and that I should go to other branches for it.

To make things worse, the bank teller lied to me about not having a $5 bill to exchange. They did this so that they could avoid exchanging my coins and $5 bills and claimed that the money would only be available tomorrow. I found this excuse ridiculous and it made me extremely frustrated. Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of service at this bank.

Very good place, nice staffs and patient service and efficiency. My favorite bank in Toronto
