I arrived at 4: 50pm on weekday to use the ATM. HOWEVER, the branch was closed!

Hard to believe. The ATM does NOT open during the weekend. Huge inconvenience for customers and it has lost my business!

Never have a good experience with Scotia. Tried to deposit $300 in $20's, it rejected $120 of it. Guess it didn't like my bills even though they're crisp. RBC had no issue processing them. Besides that - Scotia ABM are mind meltingly slow. It's 2023 I shouldn't need to wait 20 seconds between selecting deposit and selecting checking. Speaking of - why is it even asking checking or saving? I only have a checking. Again, 2023. I try to avoid Scotia as much as possible.

Great customer service. Professional bank tellers great security guard and financial advisor. I usually go to this bank every other week. Too bad they are not open on Saturday. I like this location because they are not that busy. It is a quick in and out.

Special thank you to Nadia for excellent service and help. I went to 3 different banks nobody helped me. This is the only card that I have and big thank you to ms. Nadia for helping me. She was talented and nice.

Very uncooperative tellers. Highly discrimination. Staff don't want to work. Complete staff needs to be replaced.
