Atrocious Service from the Dixie/Eglington branch. I went in to change my address and the teller I dealt with exhibited a very hostile disposition and seemed offended by my mere presence.
A woman whom I later learned was her Manager inserted herself in the conversation and is even worse and frankly have no right dealing with the public. I supposed she wanted me to know she was in charge and had some "authority". I cannot use the language the would better describe this experience as this is a public forum. I can clearly see why this branch has a 2star rating

Worst experience, after taking an appointment, we were waiting for twenty minutes but no one was paid attention.

I have never experienced any teller so unprofessional, rude and absolutely not a smile on her face to their client!
For employees like this who give scotio Bank a bad name
Because of my experience today am thinking of taking my money to TD BANK where i will have way better service!
Do not recommend no one to go at this location dixie and eglinton. Please use the Atm instead!

Had a great experience of excellent customer services offered by one of their small business advisors, she helped me in setting up my company’s business account and was extremely courteous in answering my questions.

I recently visited this Scotiabank to ask some questions about opening an account with them, their employee Michael was amazing! He explained to me in very simple wording everything I was confused about and was very patient and understanding with my questions and overall made my experience at this location a great one! I will definitely be returning and looking for Michael when I do!

Michael was great at assisting us with of our concerns/questions. He was able to explain concepts clearly and helped us plan a course of action to try to remedy our problems in a friendly manner. Furthermore, he took a step further and took the time to provide us with information we requested that must have been tedious for him to collect. Much appreciated!

Michael and Lory both did a great job. They’re so nice rest others seems not happy with their jobs i guess.

We have close our company business account at this branch due to certain challenges in the quality of service provided. Unfortunately, we have experienced continued unprofessional behavior from Mansi, the small business advisor, which has led to dissatisfaction while dealing with our daily banking needs.

We believe that a professional and respectful approach is crucial in serving business customers effectively. We sincerely hope that this branch will consider our feedback constructively and take appropriate measures to address such issues promptly. Hiring more qualified staff for small business customers could significantly improve the overall experience and foster a positive relationship with your valued clients

One of the best branches of Scotiabank. I don't know why this branch got less rating. Lori is very helpful and took out her time to help me with my requests. All the office staff is awesome! Kudos to all of them!

Rude staff. Not helpful at all. Would avoid at any cost. If I am showing a document from a reputed college then that means it’s legit not everyone is making fake letters. And straight up saying that the letter can be fake doesn’t show a professional front. What’s “can”, it’s either a yes or a no.

Absolutely the worst. Every single time I go here. I’m about to close my accounts actually because I’m absolutely fed up and tired of all things Scotia and especially this branch. I walked in before 5pm and they told me they couldn’t let me in queue because they had a lineup. Not my issue. The bank closes at 5pm and you refused service before 5pm and turned your back on a patron. I’m sure another bank would loveee to host my multi million dollar business and all my personal banking.

I came to branch today Lori and Michael helped me by Lori was so rude and was getting annoyed when i asked her to set up pin on my card and asked to increase the limit for my e- transfer. She was rolling her eyes and getting irritated. I think people should not get annoyed if they are working as customer service. I always have good experience but she was rude

I just had my appointment cancelled half n hour before the scheduled time without any courtesy call from the branch rep (Maria Sanchez). No one even bothered to reschedule the appointment. Is this the kind of service you provide, Scotiabank? !
I called the branch multiple times and the branch rep but no one answered my calls. And ofcourse, no call back yet.

Please don’t bother banking with this branch. Horrible customer service!

I just visited Scotia Bank, The staff is really very helpful and Awesome. Especially, Marjan Shahi Mirkouhi, She is so good and has a good knowledge. She helped us with a very politely manner. I want to mention one more thing, She supposed to finish at 2pm, but just because of helping us she stays more. Thank You so much Marjan Mam.

Worst bank service. 2 tellers helping the line. 5 others watching. Been in line for 30mins. Time is money stop wasting people's time and increase your customer service. Thank goodness I normally bank with TD

My GIC was not transferred and i waited for over a month. When i told about this to them, instead of transferring it manually they asked me to book an appointment and come again. One of the lady doesn't even know what GIC is also she said you need to contact your home branch, Lol. The staff needs to start working instead of creating appointments for little issues of customers.

I don't know about the managers and other people who works in that place,
But I had to go to see bank teller to do some paperwork,
There were 2 bank tellers,
So rude,
So amateur,
Bad response,
One of them which was younger, she didn't know how to do her job,
Never ever gonna try that branch
