Very Unprofessional, literally that lady just walking here and there wasting everyone's time. I request one bank statement which should have stamp on it, that's also missing. I have to visit another branch to get the things done.

The manager doesn’t have any knowledge. She doesnt know the meaning of endorsement. Wish if i could give zero star. Dont know who made her the mangaer of the branch. Plus her attitude was like she owns the bank. Only because of her ego she was denying to take our cheque and telling us that it cant be taken. When we told we talked to 2 different representatives over phone she told us they are misleading us and i am right. We went to another branch and they just took 2 minutes to solve our problem.

ATM machines have not worked properly for about 2 years.the staff is not very helpful.just went to branch again and the machines and the staff are still horrible.please hire people that can do their jobs properly.nov 3rd.your branch reviews are disgusting.

No customer service, don’t just look at you and walk away and that was the bank manger, no front desk staff and running the location like a prison, understaffed

Very much not satisfied from SIMRAN Pahal. She don't know much about her banking job duties and responsibilities. Only walking here and there and eating food. Very rude. Need more professional training.
Noticed not able to talk nicely with security personnal on site.
Security officer responsibilities is to secure property and people not for to opening doors for coming and out going customers

This bank is very cool and adjustable.i usually used bank ATM drive thru at midnight also.i will reached at bank due to some work related to my debit account.i refer to all to choose this branch definatiely.thanks

One ATM is out of service and the other one does not take deposits. Why exist in the first place?

They’re so humble they did my work in seconds. Both the girls at the front counter was very sweet.

Very rude to the clients
I visit that branch with my friend and the staff not all but some of them don’t know how to deal. Even the guard who is working there don’t have chair. I visit so many banks they always provide chairs for sitting.
Other than that they don’t respect their clients.
Worse worse experience

This branch is by far the worst location in Brampton and its disgusting how the manager (Molly) / supervisor (Toni) treat their customers,

They display a nasty attitude towards you and make you into a thief when trying to withdraw your own money, asking for photo ids and requesting you write your signature on a piece of paper. This supervisor intentionally gives you a hard time!

I decided to file a complaint with Scotia Bank office of the president and will be sending a letter to Ombudsman and taking further action.

Difficult to get an appointment with a mortgage specialist and no customer focus and poor customer experience.

I had an appointment at 3: 30 - 4: 00 PM with Elizabeth Martin. She didn’t have a single minute to spare for appointment. What’s the point of giving appointments l/allocated time if you cannot manage attend customers on time.
