Went here to do my banking and there was a line up, however going to the teller was a breeze as she helped me sort out my card problems easily.

Very unprofessional. Never call back when you book an appointment.it seems they are untrained and do not have enough experience in customer service.

The lineup was long, and there wasn't anyone at the welcome desk to direct me. However, my rep Jibin was really nice and helpful. He helped resolve my issue and answered all of my questions.

This branch is has the worst customer service. I used the atm to deposit my money and $200 is missing from the total amount, when I went there to sort it out they straight away refused and said it’s impossible without even asking what happened. I even had the receipt saying there was a DEPOSIT ERROR and without checking that they said it’s not possible and they had to investigate it. I even had a witness with me and they said they’ll call back. When they called back the lady who is supposed to be the head of the customer service team was very rude and said they didn’t find it so they cannot give me back MY MONEY it’s their fault that their machine is faulty. That was their only answer no prove or evidence was given. Not to be trusted. I would rate their branch a zero. They would know if it was their money. Only go to this branch if you want to lose your money.

This used to be a good branch. Not anymore. Gone are the helpful employees who were courteous, smiling and knows how to value clientele. What's left? Arrogant bosses and employees who could not handle customer service well. I would stay away from this branch even it's the one most accessible to me.

This bank is impossible to speak to anyone concerning my banking, I have never in the 30 years of banking with Scotia had such a horrible experience. Stay away
