There is a young caucasian male teller in this branch, he is helping people with sassy attitude. He doesn’t allow me to finish what i want to say and pretends he knows what i want. He doesn’t even know what I want and rejected me with rude words. When he realized he is wrong, he didn’t even apologize. This branch should fire him and find someone really needs this job.

I was waiting for the bank to open at 930 am. At 9.30 am, one of the staff stuck a note near the front door saying “the bank will open at 9.45 am today”. Wowwwww! How is this even allowed? It’s super inconvenient for working professionals and terrible customer service

Absolutely horrible service by ill mannered and I’ll trained staff. Save your time and visit a different location.

Branch manager should be replaced, I don’t think this branch can afford any more bad reviews.

Useless branch, but most importantly useless bank. It is unbelievable that they still in business. After moving from the city where I opened my account with one of the branches, I am being asked to go back to the same branch just to confirm my identity. To be fair, I think the employees in this branch and other branches cannot read, hence no identity can be confirmed. I am closing my accounts with this useless bank, and moving to a bank that goes the extra mile to accommodate their clients' needs.

I went to withdraw USD and they had less than U$200, I waste time on my way, then in the line and waste money. Just AVOID this branch.

They dont have convenience and customer service in mind. They just want to finish as soon as possible even if it means not helping the customer properly

The branch was not at all helpful. They just don’t care. Everyone is trying to transfer you to customer support instead of solving the problem. The employees are just lazy.

I now understand the reason for the poor reviews for this location. It takes three individuals to finally speak with someone who "kind of had" an idea what I needed. Each person I spoke with worked hard to push me off to the next person. By the third person, I was promised an email follow up linking me with the correct person at another branch to help me with my inquiry. It's now a week later, and still no email. I don't recommend this location. You truly leave with the impression that you are bothering them and no one takes responsibility for your care.

Bad, slow customer service. The teller was lady, she did not want to help me, she wanted to call phone number first then come back. I went to other branch then they helped me right away.

Some staff are nice, some are rude and will take their frustrations out on you if they're having a bad day (like the lines being long or their computer being slow). The teller supervisor yelled at me over a stamp that I've gotten for years, the branch manager however is very friendly.

Poor service bank tellers gather in this branch. They don't have service mind at all.

I visited this branch today. I had some financial queries. So, I explained the teller my needs, he was kind enough to direct me to the financial advisor Mahmood Ulde.

Mahmood was so knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and explained everything that I needed to know. Thank you for your service Mahmood and the teller.

By far the worst. Staff is highly incompetent and make critical mistakes. Not a safe place for your money or credit products.

Worst customer service. The rep (believe her name was Molly) did not know what she was doing. Truly disappointing to see unprofessional/ undertrained staff at globally recognized bank.
