Their ATM always gives out damaged bills and whenever you go in they usually just replace the bill no worries. But today they accused me of fraud within 30 seconds and said they could only replace it if I was a Scotia client.

They didn't ask two questions before jumping to loudly proclaiming that they have never heard of this chronic issue.

Also why only have 2 tellers open on the first business day after a long weekend.

I get that's in a bad neighborhood, but the ATM seriously needs to be open on the weekends. I've never been more inconvenienced by a bank and I'm with TD for the most part.
