Indoor abm closed at 5pm. Drive-thru atm is ROUTINELY out of money. So sick of this branch.

After hours you're forced to use the drive thru even though there are atms just inside the door separated from the rest of the bank. Horrible place to try and get money from after hours, spent 20mins trying to get cash

Why is the door closed at 5: 30PM on a Saturday with no access to an ATM and the drive thru ATM is out of money?
This is an ongoing issue.

Unbelievably inept customer service - who are these people?
I'm simply wanted to change an appt with an advisor. After being on the call with 2 different customer services reps, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS ACHIEVED. They told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone!

Went to the branch a week and a half. LOVED THE BRANCH! Shoutout to Parima for being professional and providing exceptional service and a kind smile to make me feel welcomed at Scotiabank. The branch was sweet and loving overall but Parima and her service and the way she explained everything was amazing. Came in 5 mins before closing and had the lovely staff stay 20 mins past their shift to help us do our last minute banking, where they could have had us come back another day. Thank you so much! Great service

I went to this place on January 30th, I got good service from them, special thanks to Mr Gourav who really did great job with his positive and supportive nature.

Penny is really rude and condescending. She doesn’t listen to clients and hear what they have to say. I think she would benefit on taking a class on customer care.
