Have been going here for years now. They are the best branch for customer service in Mississauga. Although they are still undergoing new management transition as the former manager Marija has been promoted to a different location, they are certainly still on top of it. I had a slight complication with a transaction, they resolved it swiftly and professionally. Appreciate the great attitude, keep up the great work. Thank you Robin for overseeing the resolution and helping me out.

Richard is an amazing Financial Advisor and I’ve been a long term client of his, I’m glad he is still with Scotia bank because he has made my experience so much better than any other bank! He’s the best at helping me with my investments and banking. Thank you Richard for such amazing customer service.

It’s not a financial institution the way staff knowledge and willingness to help and advice is concerned to customers Scotia bank should seriously consider to shut down this branch I am in so much in stress having this location as my home branch pls think twice before banking with this location

I have been banking at this branch for over 10 years. Since the new branch manager Melanie Lopes has taken over it has gone downhill from there. Majority of the time I show up and there are no advisors, more than half the offices are empty. When bringing up a concern to the branch manager, she is so condescending and disrespectful acting as if she is better than the customers she is supposed to serve.

Avoid this branch at all cost id give it a 0 if I could.

Worst branch ever, impolite staff they don’t even listen to the customers and i have been visiting the branch almost two to three times in a week and they just don’t listen to me and making excuses. I’m a newcomer student in canada and I’m no longer banking with scotia and want to transfer my gic to my new bank account. And there is an employee maria perez who never pick the call and just making excuses to me. Worst experience ever

This one star is for the advisor, Mohini Budhu. I would have given a zero star if it was possible. I usually don’t rate businesses and the dealing with her made me do it. The most unprofessional, rude person I have ever seen in banking. Having worked in banking, I know how important is customer service but I think she has no idea about that
Lying to me about having no internal communication with other branches was just her being over smart and not wanting to resolve the issue

Applied a credit card and was send to this branch. I brought my drivers license, my passport and all scotiabank card with me, and they still won't Let me pick up the card. Will leave scotiabank, not recommend!

Terrible service and when I met with the business Rep, it was a waste of my time. I will choose another branch to bank with.

I always had the pleasure of visiting the Scotia Bank branch on "660 Eglinton Ave W" and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional level of service I received from the friendly staff.

The staff at this branch went above and beyond to ensure that all of my banking needs were met in a timely and efficient manner. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of my options to me, making sure I had a clear understanding of each one.

What really stood out to me was the personal touch that the staff added to my banking experience. They truly made me feel like a valued customer and took the time to get to know me and my financial goals.

Overall, I would highly recommend this Scotia Bank branch to anyone looking for exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and a personalized banking experience. I am grateful for the wonderful support and services provided by this branch, and I look forward to continuing to do business with them in the future.

I've been banking with this Branch for 18 years, my advisor Saroj is the best, unfortunately, she has to move to another location and since then it's a DISASTER/NIGHTMARE! I had to deal with 2 advisors who can't even response to my email, finally, my 3rd, in fairness is somewhat good but then here I am spending my time to bend my frustration once again.
Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!

This has to be the worst branch I have ever stepped foot into. Very unprofessional staff. Unpolite, employees talk to the customers however they want. Do yourself a favour take your hard earned money and RUN far far away from this branch. You will thank me later.
