Even with a mortgage and credit card with them they won't let me exchange more than 200USD worth of CAD. Need a chequing account for that.

Isn’t the idea of an ATM is to be open at 5: 30pm in the afternoon during the week so you can take money out after work!

Worst bank ever, cancel agreements without letting the client know. They pass u from one place to another because they dont know how to help.

Avoid dealing with this bank if u want a stress free life.

All staff very friendly. GAIL by far surpasses all the expectations. Banking for a long time and never seen a more Profesional and reliable banker.

Your drive thru machine sucks! Keeps freezing up & took my cash & card. Spit out an error receipt to call a 1800 #. So inconvenient.

Short wait of 15 minutes. I had several items to discuss and a few things to renew. Denis, was savvy and intelligent and readily answered all questions including my follow-up questions. Nice to have knowledgeable service that handled all of my needs in one pass.

Bank ATM machines need servicing especially the drive thru ATM. The cash and cheques don't get scanned properly so it is difficult to make deposits. I go to the ATM machines in uptown Waterloo Scotia and there is no issues. Staff in the bank are good. Machines are always having issues. I will give gladly give a better rating once the ATM machines work properly.

Terrible experience with their customer service at this branch. Took my accounts (business and personal) after 20 years to CIBC.
