Dedicated friendly staff. They are friendly and always greet you with a smile. Things are done quickly and effectively.

I have found the branch staff to be ok. But Scotia Bank itself is a mess. Archaic systems prevent simple things like a printed balance from specific personal acounts can't be done.

Called to make an appointment for a loan. NOBODY answered the call and had to make an appointment with the customer care personal working at somewhere. I was told by the customer care personal eariler to call the branch. I dont know if the bank does not want the business or the branch does not want it.
Unbelievable.

It’s rrsp time, I made an appointment online and no one called. So I go to the branch next day and it’s not even open until 9: 30pm.

I run my business through this bank and branch. I wish I could leave a good review but there are just too many things to complain about.

First, definitely the worst atms I have used, it takes me 30 minutes to an hour to deposit cash into my business bank account, bills get rejected for no reason and you have to just sit there and literally put 10 bills at a time.

Branch hours set on the google page are not their actual hours, sometimes they’re open sometimes not, making it extremely difficult for me to manage my business through this bank.

The best part though, is my bank card just stops working during the holidays, I had to call their support many times and got no solution at all. I went to deposit cash today and my card got eaten by the atm and didn’t get it back.

If you run a business I promise you this is not the right place.

Advertised open til 6 on Thursday, went at 5pm and it was closed already.
