I would give 0 if possible. No show on appointment time! I had to call the branch itself to setup an appointment on time! Worst customer service.

Went here yesterday and found the worker to be very pushy while I was waiting in line. Asking me why I’m there, which I find invasive, people behind me in line don’t need to know. And then when I say why I’m there, he’s telling me over and over how I can go online and do it. Well not everyone is tech savvy, and i feel more comfortable doing it in person. I just found this not so friendly and not how you should approach customers. Will not go back to this location.

My brother and I have been working with Jordon Roncato Senior Financial Advisor at the speedvale branch. He has been most helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. We appreciate all of the assistance that he has provided to us. We highly recommend his knowlage and expertise and advice. He demonstrates excellance in his client customer service

Dealing with this bank has been the absolute WORST banking experience I've ever had. A complete merry-go-round. These people are almost impossible to get ahold of, they do not do their job well and they certainly know how to pass the buck. I was set to inherit an investment from my dad following his passing. I contacted the bank (where my folks used to bank) and made arrangements to sign a form to release the investment, being told it would be a couple of weeks max. THEN, weeks went by & I called. I had to go in to sign another form that was clearly missed by the "senior" financial advisor at the time of the first signing and THEN, I was notified weeks later I had to provide a death certificate (or even a hand written note) stating my mother had passed - been almost nine years now - which they would definitely know because they already have that certificate and keep sending mail to the Estate of my mom which is completely unnecessary because, you know, dead people can't get mail *giant eye roll* It is super annoying to call the call center though I will say they are *fairly* helpful with their limited capacity of getting stuff done. Still wondering why someone at the actual branch is unable to pick up a phone and answer a call? Well, banks make so little money from us and our hard work that surely they can't afford to answer calls. Basically the call centre will try to connect you with the people at the branch who rarely (never) answer their extensions and make appointments for you to speak with someone who might MAYBE be able to help you (unlikely). The branch manager is very polite & nice but not useful. The senior financial advisor was on holidays, then holidays again, then never returned my calls. So when I blew it all up they passed my file onto a trainee, who to be honest, has been far more helpful then the branch manager & senior financial advisor combined. And then.the audacity to recommend I reinvest this money back into their bank. Ha! Never! If you must bank here, do yourself a favour and deal with Alvin. He picks up the pieces of mess everyone else leaves behind. AND he actually returns e-mails and phone calls. Thanks Alvin! You deserve a raise and a promotion!
