This location would save a loooot of money and have customers walk away happy if you replaced Danielle Boyce with AI tech. She just sips her iced coffee and tells you nothing is her problem (when it is 100% a human Scotiabank reps issue that they can deal with), and then she just gossips about the state of your account with her colleagues. While I already had a normal teller assisting me, she was sipping her coffee from the end of the row staring at my account on the screen and then proceeded to make fun of me to the woman beside her…
Her judgement into my account was extremely rude and uncalled for and I do not understand why we have to accept it because she thinks the last bank teller available to work in Canada? I don’t understand how this is acceptable behaviour from a professional. Scotiabank can do so much better than this.

I'm a member of the Scotia's subsidiary bank, Tangerine. I use Scotiabank machines so I don't have any fees. Every time I have been there lately, no one has been using either of their 2 machines. I am in & out in no time & zero hassles. Nothing is worse than getting stuck behind someone who is acting like they're the only person on Earth & taking a ridiculous amount of time. That's what makes this Branch so great. It's machines aren't always crazy busy. Ample Free Parking available.

Brian Hatherell the Manager is absolutely outstanding. The Bank lost a $500,000 deposit of ours and washed their hands of it. We had no ability to do anything as we have no access or knowledge of the Banks internals /computers. Although it was a Scotia Itrade error Brian Hatherell spent endless hours and 6 weeks to solve this issue.
