Snobby clerks. Went in to get US funds and teller argues their terminal offers that option. When I'm at the terminal it clearly does not. When I asked if I could just exchange the money she acted as if I was making her life difficult. Sweetheart your job is to work, at a bank, not be rude and argumentative. Went to RBC instead and got great service.

Very poor customer service. I have been "helped" by a number of clerks who have been patronizing and rude at this location. The drive thru ATM is almost always out of order. I am not getting much out of my bank fees

I was trying to call my officer to arrange another credit card for emergencies while I travel. I left many messages over a period of weeks and then someone called me saying she was not there. I could not make an appointment that day. I have been leaving messages for days and no on is calling me back. Time is running out. I think I will have to go to the Bank of Montreal and move all my accounts.

This 5 star rating is for Jenny (I think that is her name) for the great service I received when I called to find out when my mortgage was up. Thanks.
