Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is not the closest Scotiabank branch for me to use (I am much closer to Main) but I'll subway to Woodbine to visit this branch as I've consistently had great service from many of the staff members here.

Booked appointment online. Went to branch. I was told person you booked with is not here (I did not pick a person when I booked online. Just a location and time). Instead of accepting responsibility for bank's error, they pushed the problem on me. No accommodations were made.

Santanu Mukherjee is the best person. He made sure I got what I needed. I went in to refience my mortgage and he got me what I needed. Very highly recommend him. Very professional.

I've been banking with this branch of Scotia for many years. Their financial advisors have consistently given me advice on several occasions only to realize after the fact, that it was absolutely the worst investment decision I could make for myself, but the best decision for the bank to make money from me. The last incident prompted me to ask to speak to the bank manager who was not available while I was at the bank. He did make contact via email but when I asked to set up a call to speak with him, was told that the conversation had to happen in person (they already gave terrible advice and also didn't try to be accommodating). The conversation never happened.
If you get a junior advisor, good luck with the advice you get. I had to call one out on the inaccurate information I was being told regarding going from a mortgage to a line of credit.
If you choose to bank with this branch, consider yourself warned.

Recently I had some issues with my debit card. So I spoke to Ms. Lea at 2072 Danforth Ave who was professional and kindly helped me out of the situation. Bottom line, I am happy with the service.

Horrible service with employee Mihir Vaghela.why is he working here if he does not know basic banking set ups? They should replace this employee with someone better fit to do this job. He lacks all skills required to work in any bank.

Incompetent financial advisors
Arrogant Branch manager. What work do they do? Never answer emails or return phone calls. Give wrong information.

No ATM access after 8pm. All ATMs are inside behind locked door where customers can't access. Pathetic
