Found a lost presto card on the ATM counter and the bank was closed at moment. Hide the card under the carpet and phone this bank the next day to let them know in case the presto card owner came back to look for it. Unfortunately, cannot reach this branch through the long and hideous （sorry）waiting call system.

After 12 years with CIBC which is perfect, I opened bank account with Scotiabank, they are so rude, and they hold my money which I deposited, and made problem with my buying my property prosses. I will close my account and never come back.

Never get your services from here. The Indian lady at the front was rude accusing my drivers license to be fake. Anything these people can do to make your life difficult.

Terrible service. They booked me an appointment to talk to an advisor then made me wait for half an hour before they tell me they don’t have an advisor and all they could provide was a booklet. Wasted 2 hours of my time today. Even branch manager was unable to rectify the problem and was clueless.

Peter Branov the bank manager is rude, insulting and ignorant. I asked him a question in his office and he accused me of taking photos of his papers and tried to kick me out of his office for no reason because I checked my phone for a text message.
