This has to be the best Scotia I have visited. Warm and friendly staff and help you out quick and efficiently.even with internet banking on your phone!

Only negative reviews show up here. Not positive. Branch is good and helped me with credit card fraud issues and change of cards within 15 minutes.

I booked an appointment with an advisor via phone regarding setting up a direct debit agreement. Upon arrival the advisor told me she doesn’t need to help me with this and the desk clerk can do this and essentially “shoo’d” me out of her office. After talking to the desk clerk who couldn’t help me, a different advisor stepped in to help me. After the end of my meeting with them my issue still hasn’t been resolved. Avoid this branch.

This is my first ever bank account branch in Canada. And even after moving away from the location, I am still a member of this branch and I am yet to shift to other branches and this is mostly due to the efforts and support of one individual, named Ameer Azees, the Banking Advisor and Mutual funds representative of this branch.
To see someone supportive and address your concern in same calming tone constantly, does a great deal of noble work towards raising the standard of the branch. I hope the branch Keeps improving following the ways of Mr. Ameer.

Worst Scotiabank branch ever.this location should be shut down. I made a phone appointment with a mortgage advisor as you can only make appointments in order to discuss items such as porting your mortgage. No one called me during my scheduled time so I called the contact centre and every single mortgage advisor had their phones going straight to voicemail. Do not go to this branch even if you're desperate!

This was one of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went to deposit a cheque payable to my wife on a JOINT account and was told it would have to be payable to the both of us. As a former Scotiabanker myself I thought this was strange so I contacted former coworkers who confirmed this was NOT TRUE! I went back and the actual CEL realized the mess the other “senior teller” created. I understand the need to do KYC and even like this (it makes total sense from a security perspective) but bringing FALSE information to the customer? I will DEFINITELY send an email to the office of the president about this. BE RESPECTFUL! Treat people with dignity!
