I’m done with this branch. It’s a revolving door for Scotia employees. Service is atrocious and they will do whatever they possibly can to avoid dealing with anything overly complicated. There is no continuity with personnel and they have zero respect for long standing customers. I am changing branches and will move my business to small town Ontario where they still value customers.

This branch (Gina) provided me with false information about the account I chose to open. I was also told I’d get a welcome bonus - it could take up to 6 months. It is now a few days away from 7 months and nothing. Also, the line moves at a snail pace to speak to a teller. They need to hire more tellers, so the lineup doesn’t consistently go all the way to the back door. Very slow, and seemingly incompetent branch.

We have been dealing with this bank for over 30 years. Recently we decided to bring our mortgage to this bank and submitted our application. We did not receive an answer for more than a month. Luckily we submitted the same application to two other banks and received positive responses within 7-10 days.

I would want to recognize Krupal Solanki, he is the best of the best in advising and taking care of every details about his clients. I will always follow him wherever he works. I am so thankful that finally I got someone who truly takes care of my personal finances and always guiding me the best for me.

Try to call the branch with the phone number on the web site. You end up at a call centre and then get disconnected in the transfer (twice).

This branch is always filled with positive energy and quick support, especially I have worked with Mr. Krupal Solanki who was very honest, helpful, hardworking, super fast support and optimal solutions always. He goes above and beyond for customers wih any banking needs.

We went walk-in to this bank location with some mortgage questions. No advisor was available, however a Small Business Advisor named Krupal not only offered to help but exceeded our expectations with his customer service.

I just like to take a moment to share my experience at this Scotiabank branch. I walked in with no appt.hoping to have a quick chat with my favourite advisor Kyle, but he wasn't in the office at the time. The teller let me know that another advisor Krupal would help me out.
Krupal was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly that I felt a little guilty about Kyle.
He took care of all our business and personal banking needs. He was patient and answered all my questions for over 2 hours. These 2 guys are amazing at what they do and will not disappoint. Good Scotiabank.

My experience with this branch has been great! The staff is really welcoming and cooperative. A special mention goes to Krupal, a financial advisor at this branch. He is extremely resourceful and accommodating.

Second strike for this branch today. Last year, made an appointment with a consultant. 20 minutes before appointment, they called to cancel. Saying EVERYONE was sick and they had to close. Ok. Today we had appointments with the elusive Richard to put some $ in RSPs. Appointments made in person over a week ago. Got confirmation email. We show up and the guy wasnt working today. Complete waste of time. We drove to different branch and filed paperwork to transfer all of our accounts. This branch is a complete waste of time

Automated machine never accepts cash due to some sensor issue and sometimes even rips the bills when it spits them out. Be careful depositing money here

What happened to all the tenured tellers? It seems this branch is now a revolving door of tellers - most of which are in training. The level of service has dropped dramatically in the last year. Worst is that your phone calls to the branch are now redirected to a national call Center and they are not empowered for any of the inquiries I asked about. I left 7 voice messages across the branch from extensions that the national call Center gave me. It turned out 7 out of 7 had “out of office” messages! Unbelievable that both the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager would be off at the same time. It’s such a shame as this branch was always my favourite, and yes - they all knew my name and welcomed me as all long-term customers.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I was treated extremely poorly by one of the front team members.
I don’t think they have the training they need.

Horrible service, no tellers, standing for nearly 40 minutes.
With no customer service, only 2 tellers, 10 customers waiting for over 40 minutes
