Terrible location. They have a circle behind closed doors and back each other up. They set you up to fail, they play with your money and never answer or hold themselves accountable. They JUDGE by appearance and assume everything without knowing.
They make a mistake and hold you accountable for thier actions. They lie left right and center. Thier Policy on Personal information is a sham and gossiping. I went to this bank and made a mistake going there. I had fraudulent activity which is true on my account. The Teller confirmed to me that I would be surprised how many of them do that stuff. So since there is confirmation of such actions, we opened another account on the spot. All my payments such as vehicle was going to be redirected and fixed. That was not my suggestion, The Bank made that suggestion and directed us to go this way. Only to have non stop issue and that closed account still open creating a larger bill for me. They never closed it. Then to make matters worse, we noticed that the person who had an order by the courts to communicate with any of my kids, she was always knowing where we were, where we moved. Through that entire situation, Fraud department confirmed that the person's email was attached to our interac, They was getting receipts sent to their email on payments, transfer's and what color of cool aid we like to drink. That downtown Office knew it and did nothing to fix it. They allowed for 1 year of this to let it go and turn thier heads even when the Fraud Department argues they need to fix this. I bring the Police in and the Bank would not work with the Officer to get the evidence from the bank and press charges. So since they aided in the harassments, more added abuse and risked my kids lives for this entire year. It's time to stand up! There will be no more control, no more abuse.

I had a great experience here today with a lady, I think Deborah?
I was trying to make an online payment go through I was having trouble with. I forgot to bring my bank card and she walked me through alternative options I could try before returning with my card. After returning, she assessed that my online payment allowance was too low to process the transaction. She fixed it for me immediately and it went through! Thank you so much!

Awful branch, I have dealt with two Advisors and after initial meeting they would not return my phone calls or emails I am on a tight deadline and the customer service is the worst I have ever had. I think its time to go to another bank.

I had a very unpleasant experience with only one of the bank tellers that work at this branch. I've been going to the same bank for years and have great relationships with all the other employess, that was until I ended up having to helped by a teller named Amy. Her attitude was very unprofessional and she continues to be rude every time I've had to deal with her, she has rolled her eyes and used a condescending tone multiple instances. The last time I did I ended up standing back in the line because she refused to give me a new bank card when I had forgotten my ID. I was then helped by a lady who was very helpful and said she knew me and gave me a bankcard adter asking me some security questions. Today I had to go to the bank because I had issues with having my account hold a cheque, I had the other bank teller explain that my records showed that Amy put on the hold on my account when I did not have ID which makes zero sense to myself and the teller who I dealt with today, she advised me to make a appointment to resolve issue. I am just blown away by this person, and cannot believe she is employed at a bank and gets away with having a terrible attitude and seems to enjoy making things difficult, I will now always opt for different tellers from now on and will never deal with this individual again, even if I have to wait 20 mins extra I would not mind in exchange for decent service without attitude!
