Scotiabank

We recently visited this branch to recieve our very first bank service and open our first bank account. We were so lucky that Ms. Parasto Najafi dealt with our case. She patiently explained all the possible services that we could get from Scoti bank most of them we are not aware about.

I have to give the customer service at this branch a ZERO. I had to deal with Patricia, and when asked to talk to the manager, claimed that Samantha the next teller is the Manager. They are both extremely rude and belligerent and have absolutely no courtesy. They are not there to help the customer in a constructive and positive way. Never have I had such an awful experience dealing with customer service anywhere!
