I am extremely happy that I selected Scotia bank as my bank, especially I want to thank Abhishek who helped to solve my issue also he is really friendly, polite and ambitious. He knows what he is doing and he is extremely confident. Thanks Abhishek and Scotiabank.

I received poor service at this branch location. Employees seemed very disorganized. One employee was showing me to the bathroom until another one stopped me and said it wasn't for customers. Service was slow. I would not recommend another location.

Disgusting pig sty and impossible to make a cash deposit using the ATMs since there are no envelopes…only garbage stuffed in all the slots. I drove two hours round trip on a day off to make a deposit and this is what met me. Do we need to use vacation days to only deposit when the bank is open? This didn’t just happen overnight I’m sure…oh it also includes the drive up atm at the back…same situation. The manager should be ashamed!

Worst Scotiabank in Thunder Bay so far, teller lied straight up to my face, never coming back to this location, and honestly, I am thinking of taking my busses elsewhere from Scotiabank

Their short hours are not conducive to their clients needs. If you are someone that works normal hours until 430-5 then forget about being able to go to the bank at all because they close at 4 two days a week and 5 the other days. Ridiculous. So much for customer service with their short hours.

One of the most friendliest location with friendly staff. Always get amazing customer service. There was this guy at the desk, named “Abhishek Khedekar” he is an awesome person, very friendly and very helpful.

This is the absolute worst bank to deal with, period. Not only has my account been hacked twice, they have also blocked my account from using my online banking services whenever they choose, cancel and/or block my e-transfers from going through and then proceed to tell me I have to wait until there is a branch open in order for their actions to be rectified. I will be closing my accounts with them as soon as I am able.

Maria and Abhishek helped me with excellent customer service and assisted me with all the banking needs, THEY ARE THE BEST!

This branch has been going down hill for the past few years and is one of the main reasons of why I switching from Scotia to different bank after being with them for 8 years
