This branch really is not as helpful and friendly as my branch. The person I opened my TFSA account doesn't know how to answer my queries to my satisfaction. He even forgot to get the details of my beneficiaries and there is something not right about the amount of money I deposited but I've been calling for two days and it's a daunting task.

I have visited this branch and was misguided a lot by the employees especially financial advisors. They just want to give you credit cards and wrong information regarding out finances. Would recommend to some other branches if seeking better financial knowledge.

Not happy about the service I got yesterday morning at the Keele and Lawrence branch, I left dissapointed

Numerous occasions their tellers have provided incorrect information regarding my account. I'm embarrassed to say I have been with Scotia for over 15 years and still have so many issues.

Scotia bank is a very prestigious bank that picks out their employees with care. Their employees are super sweet and helpful. They make everything seem so easy and helped me throughout all of my needs.

I am leaving a 5 star review regarding the amount of care Scotiabank empolyee's took towards me. I would like to especially thank Ankit Chandi. He was super understanding and knowledgable. He helped me through a stressful process making me feel relieved and helped. Thanks a lot!

The older blonde woman at this bank is a blatant RACIST. Terrible attitude.makes me uncomfortable every time I go in.when it's my turn in line she always pretends she's busy.another teller noticed this

Horrible branch with bad customer service, there is one manager there that is rude and lazy, it's not even funny

WORST BANK EVER it's bad enough that this whole place is racest and limits how much money you can take out but i would have given this place 3 stars at least if they hadn't let this one jerkface make her account here because she is mean enough for me to want to give a bad review to the bank she goes to so if you need a bank i suggest Royle Bank or CIBC

Came to this Scotiabank when i arrived in Canada and i must say it was a horrible experience! I ended up with BMO in the end so think they need a bit more training in this location!

This has got to be the worst bank ever! I had the worst experience with the rudest mortgage/financial advisor. She brought so much unnecessary stress to my already stressed life. She wouldn’t ever great me with a smile. She was rushed to get me out. I felt so uneasy leaving this place. She forgot important documents and called me 30mins before closure! I’m currently waiting to speak with the manager. Then taking to the GM and Head office. I’ve never been treated this badly not even in when I traveled to a third world country! I would advise anyone who’s thinking of coming here DONT! Please don’t. Avoid the stress I was out through.

I been a Scotiabank client for 2 years now and I've been comming to this location for 1 year. I deposit my work cheque every Thursdays after work afternoon with no problems and never had any problems with Scotiabank until one day at this location. Unfortunately my work does not do direct deposit so I have no choice to come here and I dont like depositing on camera. Regardless my cash back, one day this European female with glasses decides to put my work cheque on hold for 5 days, and this took place the last week before the holidays. I guess she was just doing her job the manager replied, am not happy with this bank and I downgraded my account to basic from scotia one so I just do bill payments, and surprise I get hit with a huge service fee charge on top of it. Tellers are not helpful and not resourceful by all means.

Horrible bank! Horrible staff! I came to this bank on (Friday, October 26,2018). Came early before the bank opens. I speak to one of the bank tellers (who seems deaf) about my Scotiabank app on my iPhone that has denied me access to check my accounts. And the bank teller told me that my bank account has been closed and that I need to call (Bank Card Security), which I did. I also let the Fraud Analyst speak to the bank teller about my account being blocked due to fraudulent activity, and that they will email them a solution to help me get my account active, but I waited at the bank for them to get the email.and guess what.it never shows up! So the bank manager or whoever was sitting on the far left.told me they will call when they receive the email.and I never heard from them again? So I will move my money to a different financial institution, if I do not hear from them on (Tuesday, October 30,2018).

They had no clue how to a specific transaction.and it being my home branch.they did not need anything else to do the transaction.i went to the one in mississauga and the lady issued me a new card and it was all done.but the one in caledonia and eglinton and the keele and lawrence one have no clue.they need to be retrained better.also ScotiaBank.get with the times stay open later, people work and want to deal in person but have no choice to go to another bank that is open later.looks.like that is what i will be doing with my mortgage and line of cresit.

The staff is extremely rude and pushy. I went in to open an RRSP account and was harassed into getting a credit card even though i politely said i wasn't interested over 5 times. When I complained later that week the same representative called me at home and yelled at me over the phone about how he wasn't rude or trying to force me to open accounts i didn't want. Not to mention that i had to wait nearly an hour even though I had an appointment. Scotia is by far the worst bank in Toronto and the staff is constantly wrong or making mistakes that waste your time.unless you had no choice like me due to my company matched RRSP was through scotiabank
