I wish, I can give zero or minus stars. Worst branch, I have been. The management is even worse, complete zero customer satisfaction. They will blame client or look other institution to blame for for their own (bank) mistakes. This branch have no accountability or responsibility.

Never use this branch, I had a time sensitive issue involving a bank draft with 2 other location. I left a vm, but never heard bad, very poor customer service

Looking at the reviews i had second thoughts i still booked and decided to see it for myself.

Branch opened on time and upon entering everyone said morning and they all seemed to be welcoming. I was in the advisors office under 5 mins.

Financial advisor Maya Hallab jumped right into the issue on the hand. She asked what I was there for went over the details with me and within 30 mins my application was done and approved.last 15 mins of the appt she gave me some additional appts based on the earlier introductory info i had shared with her. She offered to touch base with me again over this.

I recently had a mix up with a dormant account that I used to have at this location. The Financial Advisor Nav Gill and her colleague went out of their way to assist in this matter and got it resolved for me instantaneously! Nav’s customer service level is unmatched compared to other associates I had dealings with prior. She has exceeded all expectations a client can have when dealing with a professional. I will definitely let family and friends know about this experience and recommend her! Once again, much appreciation and gratitude for your help! Nav, is definitely an asset to this company and I wouldn’t be surprised if she becomes the branch manager!

I have been with this branch for a long time, I don't know what happened to the old financial advisor but Maya Hallab cancelled my appointment even though I continuously stated that I was unable to do what I wanted online or over the phone. Now I have to wait several extra days to see another financial advisor because she cancelled my appointment less than 24hrs before hand.

I was having an appointment with Maya to open an account, it was a good meeting, she helped me and provided me all the information about the savings and investments.

I don't know about their services but that's why I give them five star that it's very easy access if you have to get a cash out from here so you don't have to go inside it's very easy access

I am appalled at the customer-service at this location. The teller (Julia) seemed so angry at the world and didn't want to be there. I wanted to close my account and asked (out of curiosity) why there was no interest in retaining me as a customer. She responded with "There is nothing to retain". Now, I am not entitled, but you would think it would be smart business practice for the purpose of generating revenue for the company. I wonder who hired her.

First but worst experience in Canadian Bank with this branch people.they must be helpful anyways.

Poor customer service, we were asked what we needed we said that we needed to deposit a large amount, and open an account with your bank, they spoke among each other and asked which account do we need to open and after hearing the type of account being "Student" they rejected us and said sorry, no one is available. If no one was available, the conversation should have ended from the gecko. We ended up going to TD Canada Trust Bank by Creditview Road to open our account, they had extended hours and excellent customer service to serve our needs quickly, and went above and beyond in assuring that our needs were met.

Very bad experience with this bank. Opened an account, and they cant even update the address correctly. Cannot get my cheque order because the address is invalid. Have contracted them several times, and still they have not updated it properly. Absolute morons, cant even spell properly. I have still not received my cheques this has been going on for months now. Will be closing the account as soon as possible and never deal with them again.

The only location that charges unnecessary fees that other branches and banks do not, like $10 to deposit a cheque into another lawyers account. Also the teller was rude when I mentioned fees were ridiculous, unprofessional. As well another teller royally messed up a LOC of mine and had to spend an hour on the phone to fix their incompetence. You can see that the location charges these fees to maintain the renovations they’ve done. My advice, take your business to another location it’ll save you money and stress.

Always had a good experience at this branch. People
are friendly and looks more open after renovations. I been using this branch for 20 years and I do not have a complaint about it. Good job
