Very happy with resolving an issue when working with Matthew. The tellers aren't able to resolve many complicated problems without Assistant Manager but he was able to take ownership of the issue and help get it resolved while keeping me in the loop. I appreciated his approach and follow-ups.

Incovenient operating hours. The branch closes always at 5pm and it's not opened on Saturday and Saturday.

How are working people expected to have access of the customer service if the bank it's open from 9.30am to 5pm. I deeply regret having opened a bank account in this branch especially now that they have moved further west on St. Clair West.

On Sep 14,2022 morning, i went there to pay last installment for car loan. The staff is not friendly at all. Waited for 1 hour and teller doesn't know what she is doing. After long wait they asked me to wait for supervisor. Supervisor asked me why they told me to wait, seriously they don't have any communication at all? Very bad experience. I was thinking to open my bank account but now not at all. I would rather to stick with TD.

Terrible service attitude. A simple bank draft became a nightmare of no and we can’t. The teller couldn’t even bother to ask their manager if they could accept my foreign ID (as they have already in other branches) it was just direct no. This branch has serious issues especially from the Middle Aged woman

Rude, stupid immigrants. I have never ever been turned away from a bank! Especially when I have an account there do not go here! Go to another Scotia absolutely horrible. Giving one star cause there is no option for zero star!

Crazy queues, extremely limited hours, and not enough staff to help their customers. More than once I've had to walk away after joining a queue which is out of the door, and doesn't seem to move for 15 minutes.

Experienced some of the worst customer service/banking experience to date here. As an immigrant, i've already converted my identification documents with proper validation to government authorities. I tried opening a chequing account at this branch location and two employees, including the branch manager Toni Falcone, questioned the validity of my documents, EVEN as I presented the same documents to obtain a health card and license in Canada. Upon presentation of my documents, they were quick to dismiss them and insisted that I brought inauthentic copies even when I showed them digital copies of some documents as well. I will absolutely not be banking here anytime soon. You would expect a kind, warm, and friendly approach to having new clients (especially recent immigrants) opening accounts at this location but this was not the case whatsoever. If you want an easy-going, authentic, and professional space to open an account, avoid this location. Hint: these workers are not client-based whatsoever and felt robotic when interacting with them, avoid this location at all costs!

Garbage bank- won't live up to promotion offers and try to weasel their way out any way possible. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Was promised a sign up bonus by their employee Paulo Roberto Neto and then subsequently denied after fulfilling all necessary steps. Stay away

I recently moved to this branch. Paulo is aways super helpful and going above and beyond with advise and help.

Even though I now live 2 hours away, I keep all my accounts with this branch.
When ever I call, Toni the branch Manager always takes my call or calls me back promptly.

Thanks so much for the great customer service Toni and before I forget. Maria you are the best too!

After booking an appointment with Toni (Antonella) to open up a business account, I was actually in disbelief by the treatment I received by this employee. After waiting for 20 minutes, Toni walked over and made less than an effort to greet us and make us feel welcome. She is extremely rude and eyeballed myself and my boyfriend and I could read her judgement on her face.

On the bright side all the other employees were pleasant and welcoming, I wish I never had to have an interaction with such a bitter woman like Antonella.

I would beware of booking an appointment with her unless you like to be disrespected and leave the bank with zero progress.

Horrible customer service from 2 of their financial service representatives. A smooth and welcomed transition is expected when you are a new client. I had a totally opposite experience. The teller seemed helpful but the employees in the office are just there for a salary. Not at all client focused. I will be banking elsewhere.

My home branch, the new location is great and inside is so home warming. Friendly and helpful staffs except for the manager. Manager is very strict and unfair to some costumers, not sure if she's racist or not but she is always giving me a bad attitude.

They should make the machines available inside instead of having it outside. Didn’t feel very comfortable depositing money in the open.

Long time customer since the St. Clair/Oakwood days. Marina is very helpful. Unfortunately, the staff is changing quite a bit in recent days.
