Unbelievable service from this branch. All my interactions have been friendly, and positive with the tellers and the financial advisors. Everyone is so well trained and knowledgeable. The managers there, Matthew and Faten, are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and know how to treat their customers.

If no stars is an option, then that would be my choice. Went to this branch to get some cash as I was traveling internationally. BTW, have been a Scotia customer for 30 years, saving, checking, mortgage, etc. Although I have more than sufficient funds in my account and provided all the necessary documents, I was still being questioned as a criminal, and the arrogant manager told me that they have the right to ask for anything they want. Couldn't tolerate further harassment and went to my home branch (Preston and Norman) and finished everything in a few minutes.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I will not trust these people anymore. At my first appointment to request a line of credit, the advisor approved me with my documents, and he did a hard credit check on my history. According to my credit history and my income, I was qualified for my request. He told me everything is good and just had to wait for a sign from his manager. After two days, I asked for more documents, and after submitting all they needed, he told me to wait for the manager's decision. Ultimately, he told me I am not eligible because of his manager's decision.
They made a credit inquiry into my credit history for nothing. My credit score dropped, and I wasted one week because of a manager's decision.
Why do they hire an advisor who does not know the process and rules? Or If the managers can not approve their advisor's jobs, they must be on the first line for protecting customers' rights.
I'm very disappointed and will never return to Scotia bank; I do not recommend anyone to go to this bank.

Horrible service. No point having this branch as they will always send you to another location to get something done. They just try to push products so they can make more money of you.

This branch has had more turnover than any bank/store I've ever seen. A year ago, they had incredibly intelligent and friendly staff, and now its gone so downhill. Their frontline manager, Fatin, is a big reason why we've switched branches. Not only have employees left due to her bullying, but other customers in the neighbourhood have also had similar concerns. Sometimes client and employee turnover can be telling to poor management, just my opinion.

The front desk are helpful but a 5 minute encounter with the financial advisor Moaz was enough for me to close my account. Awful, rude, condescending. Avoid.

This is the branch I go to most of the time and they're great. I don't know why people complain, must've had a bad day.

Very bad experience teller by the name of fatin told a customer to shut up after he said it was hot in the bank.

Kayla provide excellent sevice last time I was at the branch.

I had about five tasks to complete. Ranging from the gym debuting the wrong account to remitting property tax.

All were competed in a timely manner even on a Friday right before closing.

I will definitely come back to this branch when I have another problem to solve.
